The grocery store is 6 km away and in the area there are several year-round restaurants. Nature is never far away in Östergarnslandet and cultural life is active with, for example, a cinema in the community center. There is access to 4 adult bicycles. Two of the sleeping places are in a separate outdoor cottage with its own kitchen. Works well in the summer months.

These houses are from 2018 so the standard is really high. In the area you will find restaurants and nice nature places to visit. One of Gotlands best restaurants "Krakas" is about 10 miles from the houses. Also the small summer towns Katthammarsvik and more wellknown Ljugarn is close within range.

With 5 minutes walk to the sea or 5 minutes drive to Sweden's best golf course, this beautiful villa from 2016 is a perfect accommodation for the family who wants sun and swimming and the golf group who wants to play at Visby Golf Club. Large patio, 5 beds and access to extra mattress. Sauna is included and pets are welcome and can run loose in the large fenced garden. Here you live in beautiful Katthammarsvik, next to the popular smokehouse with its restaurant. 1.5 km from Östergarns IK with tennis courts, disc golf, and beautiful running trails. In the harbor, you can also rent kayaks from one of the island's many kayak rentals. 5.5 km from Herrvik harbor and 5.6 km from Sandvikens camping.

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
