T-banen bruker 18 minutter til sentrum. Flere dagligvarebutikker ligger 600m unna. Kort vei til skog og mark, med innsjøer man kan badet i. På vinteren kan man gå på ski og skøyter.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 160 cm Doppelbett (Wand zu Wand) und einem 140 cm Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Es hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Esstisch und Kleiderschrank. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein neues Badezimmer mit Regendusche und Waschmaschine. Das Appartement ist eine eigene Wohnung in unserem Haus und hat Aussicht ins Grüne.

Leiligheten er i underetasjen av huset vi bor i. Vi er en familie på 4 og en liten hund som bor i resten av huset. Normalt lydnivå fra en familie må forventes. Ligger rett ved t bane og buss. 2 kjøpesentre, fotballbane, skatepark, Manglerud bad. Kort vei til Ekebergsletta så supert for familie på 4 under Norway cup. Sovesofa i stua som blir 142 cm i sengebredde. 1 soverom med 2 senger på 80 cm hver. Kan settes inntil hverandre eller stå alene. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert.
