You have literally everything nearby: restaurants, shops, grocery stores,...and most of all: the sea and its wonderful beaches. Only 350 metres to reach the beach bars and other venues on the dike. It is well equiped and convenient: 2 bedrms, walk-in shower, big fridge and stove. The building has 4 stories, apt is on the highest floor, reached by the elevator. We are situated on a high floor (under the penthouse) with soundproof windows.The studio is very luminous and bright, with all modern comfort. My house is 100m from the casino, the harbor is around the corner and all the markets/supermarket are very nearby within walking distance. Central station 5 min walk.

The sun shines on the terrace in good weather from noon.
