The place was just perfect! We were very warmly welcomed by Ivica and his wife and felt right at home. The house and pool are great and everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is located in a very quiet area, so you are completely undisturbed. Although it is a bit remote, you can quickly reach a supermarket and restaurants by car and it is also no problem to get to Split and the beach. We would book the house again immediately and highly recommend it to everyone!!

We stayed with a large group, the impressions were unforgettable despite the spoiled weather. Hosts Inga and Stanko met us in person at night, we had a surprise from the hosts , meat and cheese cuts , drinks , homemade tinctures , wine and sweets. It was very nice and unexpected. The villa is in a beautiful location between the mountains , half an hour by car to the nearest cities. Every morning, Stanko cleaned the area near the pool before our ascent, cleaned the pool, left firewood for the grill. Special thanks to Elena, she helped us with all questions, even paid a fine for us for the wrong parking. Lena responds within 5 minutes, and all issues are resolved quickly. After the city, the Internet disappeared, the light near the pool , everything was resolved within a few hours. Almost every day we had a surprise from the hosts , in the form of vegetables, sweets, drinks. In general, you can say that such hosts are rare. We recommend visiting this villa.

Super nice house with large spacious and green garden. Perfect for kids! 2 kitchens, many bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both equipments with washing machine. Gym that contains what you need. 8 min down to Sinj city which has a couple of good restaurants. 1 km to the nearest grocery store, possible to walk there. Otherwise very great place, and great host. The neighbors who are also the landlord follow up and are very hospitable! Almost so the holiday was a little extra good because of Tonko ☺️ we would love to come again! An absolutely amazing place. We have loved our stay. EVERYTHING is well kept and clean - the place is teeming with flowers and plants. There are small cozy nooks everywhere there's always a new view to love. It's wonderfully quiet, it's only the animals around you can hear. There was nothing better than getting up early, watching the sun come out and say good morning to the place's cat. There are all opportunities for activities (tennis, table tennis, billiards, bikes) and then there is the most delicious pool with really good sunbeds. We all agree that it's on our “to do” list that we'll be back down there ❤️ Leona has been incredibly helpful and there has been perfect communication

Very pleasant stay with Mario as host, a very friendly and responsive person. The villa is located in a quiet area, 25 minutes from the center of Split by car. The facilities are clean and match the photos. Great for families or a group of friends. We would highly recommend this AirBnb!

Absolutely brilliant Villa. Have used Airbnb for many years and this was best placed we’ve ever stayed in. The Villa is exceptionally well equipped set in beautiful surroundings. Kristina and her mum are superb hosts - giving us snacks, locally grown produce and lots of local tips.
