The house has a 20 sqm base, but is efficiently utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

The cottage consists of a living room/kitchen with sofa bed (140 cm) as well as a large bedroom with a continental bed (180 cm) and a sofa bed (160 cm).
