Enjoy the sound of nature when staying at this unique place. The accommodation is located by itself about 600 meters on the upper side of the farm. There is only a tractor road up, but it is possible to drive if you have a high enough car. Location from Oslo about 1 hour, about 40 min to Drammen and about 40 min to Vikersund by car. Please note: -The accommodation is located inside the indigenous pasture where there are sheep and horses grazing. -If you have a dog with you, it will be agreed in more detail in relation to special considerations. The nearest grocery store is 6 km away.

Welcome to Bjerkelia, a nice cabin with space for 4 people! It is possible with bedding in the living room (sofa bed). The cabin has a small kitchen, living room, two bedrooms (shared by curtains), outdoor shower (w/ hot water in summer months), combustion toilet and cozy patio. If you're lucky, there will be deer or moose! There are great hiking opportunities, and an idyllic carpedam close by. The cabin is located an hour's journey by public transport (boat and bus) from Aker Brygge (possibly 35 minutes drive). Welcome to Bjerkelia!

In Hokksund we have Nøstetangen Museum / Norwegian Glass Museum and Eiker Gårdsysteri to name a thing. Many hiking areas and, swimming areas nearby. The place is located in a cutout landscape, quietness and room for play and creativity is easily accessible. Great for a family or friends looking for a great summer spot.

Cozy and charming stable near Drammen, but still very rural on Svarterud farm. Stabburet is located in a traditional courtyard together with a large barn, 2 residential houses, a conservatory and an orangery. In the yard, 2 sisters live in their own houses with their families and pets. The forest is in the immediate vicinity. Note that the property does not have a full bath, but a toilet room as shown in photo. Possibility to use bathroom/shower and outdoor living room or orangery for evening fun or breakfast on request.

The host lives in the home and only rents it out when they are on trips and holidays. The place is under renovation. The staircase and a little bit of small stuff that remains.
