Many restaurants are close to the apartment. Grocery store is in the same building, as well as one that is open on Sundays. In summer time there is a bustling beach life at the opera beach and at Sørengkaia.

Normally I live in the apartment myself, but during the period as you live in it, I will be traveling. Outside the gate to the backyard you will experience a pleasant city life. Over the past year, the cultural district of Grünerløkka, Oslo's Soho, has stretched all the way down to the parallel street. Where you will find unique stores and eateries.
