The apartment is located in a classic apartment building from 1890 right next to the Botanical Garden. Good ceiling height. Modern kitchen and bathroom. It takes 12 minutes to walk to Oslo Central Station, and 5 minutes to walk to Grønland, Grünerløkka, and Tøyen, and 8 minutes to the new Tøyenbadet. There are several great parks in the area. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
