Family-friendly vacation rentals in Osimo

Claudia’s home was absolutely wonderful and so was she! We stayed for 4 days— too short a time—and ended up spending much of our time at the house. Claudia had excellent recommendations for local food and activities (including homemade pasta at the local market, which we loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen) and was always available to answer questions. The location is well situated— less than an hour from a variety of sights, from the frassasi caves to beaches and hillside towns scattered around Umbria and Marche. Wineries, olive groves, biking, hiking, etc. Plenty of activities to keep you busy, but our favorite thing was to enjoy the home, listen to the birds, and watch the sunset from the pool or hot tub. We also loved being here in early/mid May, when temps can be a bit cool but tourist crowds are still small. Highly recommend.

The property and the residential building are in a very quiet and relaxed location - perfect for switching off. Everything worked smoothly, from booking to departure. The contact with Paolo was straightforward, friendly and always helpful. Everything is easily accessible by car - shopping, restaurants and attractions are quick to reach. Clear recommendation!

An absolutely fantastic stay – it couldn't have been better! We are absolutely thrilled with this accommodation! Upon arrival, we were greeted with so much cordiality that we felt at home from the first moment. The host is incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful – you can immediately tell that he really cares about the well-being of his guests. The accommodation itself was a real feel-good place: lovingly furnished, sparkling clean and equipped with everything you could wish for. We all felt completely comfortable and would have preferred not to leave at all. Thank you so much for this wonderful time – we will definitely be back!

I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.

The Casale di Laura is by far the best equipped Airbnb we've ever had - and believe me, we travel a lot! Every detail was really thought of, from ear sticks, to toothpaste, shampoo, detergent, bathrobe, dish tabs, oil, welcome cake, water, wine, etc...I could list so much more - every detail was really thought of! The house/property is furnished and laid out with so much love, you can't describe it in detail. The three of us had a great relaxing vacation with a dog🩷 In the morning, on the walk to the cappuccino and cornetto in the bar, there are so many small and larger places to explore in the area, many restaurants - whether in the mountains or by the sea or just by the pool or enjoy the great view from the terrace...🥰 We can only recommend the property, the area and especially the hospitality of Laura & Fam. from the heart...👌🏾 thank you for a wonderful vacation⛱

Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by Fausto. With a translation app, everything was communicated to us. I think his friendly face makes everyone happy.😀 An atmospheric fenced garden where our 2 large dogs had a wonderful time. Very nice that there was air conditioning available. The bed was great! Nothing was missing. Oh yes, the cheese slicer😀😀, but it is often missing abroad😀. The house is located within a small complex that could be closed. The sea can be reached within 7 minutes by car. It's not busy at all this time of year. We had 1 week of 30 degrees and blue sky. Fausto responds almost immediately to your questions. We visited: caves, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme and the sea. We would recommend this house!

Staying with Monica was like being at home, the care and warmth that is inside the apartment reflects the owner. Nothing was missing inside the house and we felt very welcome. A special thank you from Cristian and Martina

We had a wonderful time at this place! The location is wonderfully quiet – perfect to unwind. We were particularly enthusiastic about the huge fenced garden where our dog could jump around – a real dog paradise! The hostess was very warm and even put a few small things in the fridge for us – a nice gesture! The kitchen equipment was great, it really had everything you need. A highlight was also the chickens – fresh eggs for breakfast directly from the garden once they have laid some. The view is fantastic, there is plenty to do in the area, and good restaurants are also not far away. We would definitely go back and can only recommend it.

A real corner of paradise; first of all the availability and kindness of Oriana who welcomed us in a house cared for in every detail, where there was no lack of comfort to spend a relaxing stay immersed in the Marche hills. A special thank you also from our dog who perhaps enjoyed the breakfasts in the beautiful garden more than anyone else.

Sirolo is a gem. We loved the location of the apartment. Right above the square so with the windows open, you are immersed in the action with the sea in view. With the windows closed you are removed. Main bedroom is in the back and so very quiet. Great recommendations and well-appointed. It’s a narrow space and lots of stairs. No issue for us but something to keep in mind. Looking forward to our next visit to this beautiful area.

Everything is perfect. Absolutely quality apartment in everything, with that extra something... The great attention to detail and the attention of the owners made our stay really pleasant. It will be a pleasure to be able to return, thanks to Marco and Eleonora.

Great stay good location friendly welcome

Francesco is a really good host. He speaks perfectly English and is always available. The apartment is nice - it’s like in the description. We had a good time and recommend Francesco.

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! We had a fantastic stay at Villa Design! The owner checked us in and showed is the villa. The kitchen was amazing and the pool area as well. DH Villas was very helpful during the stay och helped organized a cooking class at the villa, and it was such a great experience!

Paola and the family were so friendly. We had the most amazing stay for two nights and wished we had stayed longer. The premesis is stunning and their wine is beautiful. We will be back!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.
