The house was completely renovated in 2024. Tešnjar is an old part of the city of Valjevo and one of its most striking symbols. It is located on the right bank of the Kolubara River, squeezed between the river and the hills. Today, Tešnjar is one of the few preserved oriental units in Serbia. It consists of one street that follows the course of the Kolubara River and several smaller streets that descend down the hill towards it. Most of the houses in it were built in the 19th century, but with respect for the style and spatial arrangement found.

You will have beautiful view on wood and hills that will take your breath. Cabin is located in Sekulić in Zaovine, 5 km away from Mitrovica and Lake Zaovine, and 15 km from Mokra Gora. It consists of a living room with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom upstairs,terrace and sauna. Place is ideal for 2 person but it can fit 3-4 with sofa bed.

Vajat - traditional Serbian village house, completely new, fully equipped, built with stone and wood. Double and single bed in loft, pull-out sofa in living room. Vayat is placed in the middle of our household possession (4ha) next to the forest on the historical ground of Vuk Karadzic (linguist who was the major reformer of the Serbian language). It is possible to use the kitchen in the Vajat. Also we offer a traditional Serbian organic kitchen for an additional price.

We are located in the village of Lelić near the monastery of the same name, 10 kilometers from Valjevo. Nearby you can visit the Lelić Monastery, the Ćelije Monastery, the spring and gorge of the Gradac River, the Povlen Mountain, the Lazareva Stena viewpoint on Lake Rovni, the Taorska Vrela as well as the city of Valjevo itself, which offers many cultural and historical facilities.

The cottage is built with natural materials, following sustainable principles, and is part of a traditional rural household, close to homemade food and farm animals. There’s no kitchen, but we offer meals from our menu that you can choose as needed. It features a TV, Wi-Fi, and a large desk for two. A special treat is an afternoon rest in the built-in tub overlooking the forest.

Set in the pine woods of Tara National Park, it’s part of our community mountain space, with a small bar serving local food just outside your door. While it’s peaceful, it’s not remote—this is a lived-in space, where people gather, rest, and enjoy the mountain vibe.

Zaovinsko lake is on a walking distance.
