We loved having a home away from home at Monica’s place. Perfect location, close to supermarkets and yummy food. The place was super clean and such a great place to come home and relax. Monica was responsive and friendly and asked how we were settling in. What a great host! I was able to cook in the kitchen and had everything I needed to make meals as I have multiple food allergies. My family enjoyed the stay so much. Thank you for having us! Hope to stay again.

非常好的一次体验，如果下次带着孩子和爸爸一起去我还会考虑入住的，这次是我们三个好朋友一起入住的，貌似是一室一厅一厨一卫的公寓，但是放了两张双人床，特别计较房间布局的不太推荐！步行到地铁口5-8分钟，也还算方便！

Amazing place like everyone else commented, was in a quiet neighbourhood so it was extremely quiet and peaceful during day and night. Room was spotless with plenty of consumable amenities available (we were surprise to find free laudry packets for each day of our stay). Applaud to Ben, Masato and team for the awesome hospitality!

Yukari’s place was a very clean and in a perfect spot to have a simple home base while in Kyoto. It was close to a good number of bus lines and with convenience stores and good restaurants very close by it was a fantastic place to stay. If I come back to Kyoto I will be looking to stay here again for sure.

A scenic pathway lined with vibrant autumn foliage creates a tranquil atmosphere. Colorful leaves cover the ground, while stone walls and lush greenery frame the walkway, leading the viewer’s eye toward a gentle slope in the distance.

This Airbnb was perfect for my wife and our two-year-old son. There was plenty of space for him to move around and stay active — a huge plus compared to some of the smaller Airbnbs we encountered in Japan. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet still very walkable with a stroller to Kyoto’s main sights, including temples, bus lines, and the subway. I actually preferred staying in this type of local neighborhood — a little outside the main tourist areas — where we discovered lovely bakeries, cozy cafés, and even a charming children’s bookstore and specialty shops just around the corner. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a more relaxed, livable Kyoto experience with the flexibility to cook and spread out beyond a typical hotel room.

ホテルなどに比べてとても安価に宿泊でき、ホストの方の連絡も誠実で大変ありがたかったです。チェックイン、アウトも問題なくスムースで駐車場が無料で使用できることも素晴らしい点でした。一方で部屋のレイアウトに問題があり（寝室のドアが完全に閉まらず中途半端に開いた状態になり夜トイレに行く際に寝室にいる人をおこしてしまうことがあり、寝室の人のプライバシーを完全に損なってしまいう状態でした）改善するべきと思います。室内は清潔に保たれておりますがシーリングライトの上に積層したホコリがきになることと、室内の匂いが気になります。宿泊者の体臭が設備に蓄積したものと推測します。非難ではなく、これからもより良い環境づくりの参考となればと思いここに記します。ありがとうございました。

这次日本之行非常惊喜的一家住宿！推开门感觉走进了日漫里的房间一样，地理位置很方便，步行去心斋桥十几分钟（在我和朋友都走得很慢的情况下哈哈哈）和最近的地铁站只有300米左右，附近有便利店和2家很大的超市，老板非常热心，下次来大阪的话还要住这家！

C’était tout simplement le meilleur logement qu’on ai fait au Japon, le quartier est paisible, les hôtes sont super réactifs et hyper sympas, le centre de Kyoto est à seulement quelques stations de train Je recommande pour ceux qui veulent passer du temps dans le coin !

Great area with wonderful restaurants! Easy to get around and lots to do in the area. Host was very helpful and has great recommendations. Responded promptly and help us with all our questions. It was a very cozy stay. Super clean and comfortable with lots of room! Accommodations were wonderful. Two full bathrooms and comfortable living rooms and kitchen.

Lovely place to stay close to dontonbori main street. but cosy for 4 kids and 4 adults but did the job in having a clean and safe place to rest. x2 toilets and x2 showers were a massive plus as we had 2 families. host was super nice in providing us with some fruit and cake for us daily. a sweet gesture and very thoughtful. thank you very much for your kindness. definitely recommend.

This is one of the best places we’ve found through Airbnb. Everything is as described. The size of the apartment is perfect for two adults and one child - European standards. The kitchen is just what we need for a light breakfast/lunch. The level of cleanliness was one of the best we have ever seen. The location is perfect, close to the metro, train station and several bus stops. The communication through the application was perfect, only at the reception there was a nice Japanese girl who was struggling a bit with her English but she was very kind and helpful. Overall great Japanese experience and would definitely recommend this place. We had a wonderful week in Kyoto and I am sure this hotel was a big part of that experience.

楼下有一颗非常大的樱花树！虽然距离地铁还有段距离，但是路过了几个公园里也非常多樱花树。值得一提的是，九条这边沿着鸭川也有非常多的樱花树，人也特别少。房间很大，环境感觉很新，就是隔音特别不好，感觉有人一直在楼上跑动。

Really liked the accommodation. Didn’t realise it’s right next to the red light district lol. The room I booked wasn’t available which was a bit annoying but the owner gave me the option to refund or change rooms and I changed and it was great. I’m happy with the stay.
