Short walk to the nearest train station and konbini. AC worked great in all rooms. Make sure you are with people you are comfortable with as the room to the toilet is in one bedroom and the shower is in another.

▪️One Pager It was a great facility!!! I'd love to stay again. ▪️Host It was a series of divine responses. The response was quick even before the stay I didn't feel any burden at all. Also, flexible handling on the day I was very satisfied. The cleaning of the room was also done I felt the hospitality in every detail. ▪️-Facility There are three points worth noting (1) Location Surrounded by mandarin orange fields It was a lush environment. The scent of the seasonal flowers that were in bloom during my visit It's fluffy I was able to relax from my sense of smell. We visited in mid-May I recommend this season!! Also, without any trouble buying ingredients It is about a 10-minute drive to the local supermarket, Delishas. They have a good selection, and they also sell Arita beef by weight I recommend it when using this facility! (2) Sauna Barrel sauna set to 110°C Keep the sauna at 90°C or higher The humidity was 50-60%. There is no heater in the water bath, but Maybe it's because of the comfortable breeze I cleaned it up. Also, the shower (including soap) is internal The fact that you can use the sauna without having to bathe first Understood the user's feelings It was a nice facility!! (3) BBQ Some facilities charge a separate fee for equipment use They even provided charcoal, firelighters, and gloves for free. I felt hospitality here too. I didn't use it this time, but Bringing in the fire pit It was possible to make a fire!! It's already a campsite, isn't it...!! It's lovely!! * The ground is paved with stone and kept clean If you'd like to use the fire pit Please bring fire sheets for the facility!!! ▪️On-site Has the old house been renovated where necessary? While feeling nostalgic I didn't feel any inconvenience or musty smell. All the water areas have been renovated I didn't feel any uncleanliness at all. I took my child who is in the high high period with me, but Watching them spend time relaxing I felt strongly that I was glad I chose this place. Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Location gives fantastic access to the city through the Green Line (Karasuma). Easy to access from Kyoto Station shinkansen. Less than ten minute walk to the Aeon Mall. All facilities in working order. The washing machine is very useful in extending the usefulness of your carried clothing.

I booked it with 4 families with children, but one family said whether it would be possible to go with their children's fever. I talked to the host, Fujita, and they said that they were able to accommodate the change in the number of people on the same day, which was really helpful to see the last minute. This time, the children were a little bigger, and we wanted to have a relaxing day with a barbecue, etc., and it was a lovely place! I enjoyed it!Thank you!

I can’t say enough great things about Uzu’s place. It was so clean and comfortable. When we checked in she was very thorough about the house and also about the surrounding areas and places to go. She had a great hand drawn map of the area that we actually used a lot! The traditional beds we chose to sleep in were very comfortable. Everything in the house is labeled which makes it very easy to find things. Uzu went out of her way to show us local restaurants and spots to try. She is a very friendly host that cares about making her guests stays very enjoyable! One thing we found was that it was a bit out of the way of central Kyoto. However, if you want to experience a quiet traditional neighborhood this is the spot! It’s about a 10 min walk to the closest train station or bus stop. Really great place for exploring Kyoto and relaxing afterwards! The host is absolutely fantastic, always ready to assist with whatever issues you might have. The space itself is quite modern as well, with a few details that are quite uncommon but make the place that much better for it. Safe to say it is one of my favourites so far.

Traditional Japanese homes, very clean and cozy, surrounded by local communities.Convenient location, a🚶‍➡️ few minutes walk to the Eastern Market subway station🚇, there is Lawson nearby🏬, very convenient for eating, living and traveling. What surprised and delighted us was the hospitality, friendliness and generosity of the Host's family. The Host is very responsible and has a strong sense of time. He picked us up at the subway station in advance and recommended a faster route when he sent us off. The Host is very humorous and smart. Although we couldn't communicate with each other, he could quickly understand what we meant. There was plenty of water and food in the room, because our flight landed late, we thought we would be hungry the first night, the host's thoughtfulness made us very touched🥹! During our stay, we were also fortunate to follow the Host's family to experience the local food and music culture. The Host's wife is very elegant and intelligent, and her smile is very warm, just like a neighbor's aunt. We also talked to the sister about skin care and beauty and asked the brother for hair care and hair growth tips😂.If there was enough time, I would have tried on the beautiful kimono of the Host's wife and sister👘, it's a bit of a pity😔 Remember that there is a saying in Murakami's novel that people who meet will meet again. Thank you for hosting us at this wonderful place. The spacious dog run is very open, and the dogs can have a good time, and I was happy to see that. The room was stylish, clean, and fully equipped with amenities, and I had a pleasant stay throughout. I've stayed in a lot of different places, but this may be the first time I've ever felt like I wanted to stay again. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity to go to Awaji Island. I visited with my family.The barbecue, bonfire, Heidi-like swing, hammocks, and sea views were also awesome and I enjoyed it.The facilities are clean and safe. Thank you very much. Large cars require quite a bit of driving skills.
