Great place It's a bit far from Osaka's main tourist attractions, such as Namba, but it's convenient to get around because there's a subway right there in about 3 minutes on foot. However, if you're planning to travel mainly from Nanba, I think it would be better to get closer to that side. I'm willing to revisit, and next time I think it would be nice to buy a subway pass and come. I booked this place because I like places with a lot of locals, and it was great in that regard. There are restaurants and pubs right under the accommodation, so there are a lot of places to eat, but there are some drunk people at night, so it may be difficult for women to come alone. The bedding smelled good. There was a bathtub and the shower water came out well. What's unfortunate about the facility is that there's no elevator, and even if you open the window, there's a building right next to it, so it's stuffy..? But when I travel, I'm mostly outside, so it didn't really matter. The host communicated with quick and friendly responses. Bathroom amenities are also fully stocked. Thanks to you, I had a nice trip~~

We stayed at another room in the same building that was a bit nice than this one. but over all it’s a very good location and nice place to stay :) Very close to the building is a nice family mart, where you can sit and enjoy a little snack :)

Really enjoyed the aesthetic of room - the outdoor patio was a huge plus! Although it is a little bit of a walk to the train station, the room suited all of our needs and would consider staying here again!

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. We stayed with a friend’s family and had full access to the gym on the first floor—even the boxing ring and punching bag inside! Each room was filled with contemporary art, and the concept of “connecting with the local area through art” was unique and very inspiring. The luxurious bath and shower space made it incredibly relaxing. We actually looked forward to coming back to the hotel every day. There were six bedrooms, so next time, we’re definitely coming back with a big group! If you love architecture, art, or design, you must stay here.

Ideally located accommodation in the heights in a very nice residential area. Its proximity to the train station and the supermarket makes everyday life easier for those who want to stay there for a few days. Despite our late arrival, Aki welcomed us with a smile, and took the time to instruct us on the details of the accommodation, but also advise us on the points of interest to visit. AMAZING HOST AND LOCATION!! PO's Airbnb was extremely convenient being a stones throw away to toji Station and to Kyoto Station. He was extremely warm and welcoming always engaging us and making sure we are alright and comfortable! He also gave many recommendations and assisted us many times during our trip! It made my trip so much more pleasant and enjoyable! I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in kyoto!

The actual usable area of the room is large, without the feeling of being cramped, and it is very relaxing when you come home to rest, decorated in the style of an old Japanese house, worth savoring. It should be noted that the house is located on a hillside, and it will consume a certain amount of walking energy every day, so it is not recommended for the elderly and people with mobility issues, but it is very suitable for people who are healthy and love sports and hiking. There are no convenience stores nearby, so remember to buy what you need before you go home, but Larry provides a lot of snacks, drinks, and ingredients, including fresh eggs, tofu, and more, so you can make your own breakfast and meet most of your needs. There are very cute cats and dogs! Kyoto's climate is relatively humid, and it can be cold in the morning and evening. The blanket is a bit narrow, and Larry helped with another thin blanket. It is recommended to prepare a wider one in the future ~ Looking forward to staying again next time, thank you for your hospitality!
