The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

Guests can enjoy the garden, pool, citrus terraces, olive grove, kitchen garden, wildflower meadow and shaded seating areas. The view sweeps from the sea to the high Apennines. Sandy Adriatic beaches and fine seafood are 20 mins away; the renaissance jewel of Ascoli Piceno is even closer.

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.

Complete the property with a 12x4.5 pool with shaded porch available for guests to enjoy.
