Your excellent holiday start with excellent accommodation. This Spacious, Modern, Quiet villa is what I am looking for. It is in a great location with three Balcony over looking the green and the sea. First floor comes with living area, eating table, equipped kitchen, toilet and big balcony. Second floor with three bedrooms, balcony and very big bathroom. Third floor is a big studio with sofa, bed, corner kitchen, toilet, shower and Huge balcony with barbeque corner. The house is clean with plenty of towels. There are three air condition. The area around the villa is green and great and you can find restaurants, supermarkets and more. The best part of my experience was the support from Mr. Sameh. He is really great Man. He greeted me at the airport with his sister. His sister took my family by car to the villa. And he came with me and helped me with my luggage and helped me to pick up my car from the rental company. On the first day, one of the air-condition suddenly did not work, I called Mr. Sameh and told hem about that. and within 24 hours, he replaced it with a new air condition (this was a great service from a person who really take care of his business). He was always available to give information and support at any time. I am pleased with everything and I am happy with my friendship with Mr. Sameh. If I visit Trabzon next year, defiantly I will take this beautiful villa again. Conclusion: Strongly recommended

This was our first time in Trabzon, and we didn’t know what to expect, but our experience exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, the host was incredibly helpful, guiding us and making sure we felt at ease. He regularly checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we didn’t need any assistance, which made us feel so cared for. The house is huge, gorgeous, and beautifully designed. It’s incredibly comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. Location is also fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the meydan, surrounded by local eateries and grocery stores. A great burger place and bread shop nearby was a pleasant surprise! The host is one of the kindest and most thoughtful person we’ve ever met. His hospitality truly made our stay special, and we’re so grateful for his warmth and care.

As I stepped in the house I felt like home, so cozy and beautiful, with unforgottable view.. If you are looking for peace of mind this is the place to go and rest. View is amazing looking over the sea and mountains.. beautiful yard where you can do yoga in the morning and enjoy glass of wine on sun set.. strongly recommended.. thank you Mustafa.

İyi olduğumuzdan emin olmak için bizi kontrol etmeye devam etti ve kendimizi çok hoş karşılanmış hissettirdi. Burası güzel manzaralara sahip, kalmak için rahat bir yer. Burayı bölgeyi ziyaret eden herkese şiddetle tavsiye ediyoruz! Hakan was very friendly and gave us everything we needed, including excellent local recommendations. He continued to check on us to make sure we were doing well and made us feel very welcomed. The place is a comfortable place to stay with beautiful views. We highly recommend this place to anybody visiting the area!

Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi düzenli ve temizdi. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve her an ulaşmak kolaydı. Biz gittiğimizde anahtarı hemen bize ulaştırdı. Her an sıcak su mevcuttu ve biz gitmeden kombiyi açıp evi ısıtmışlardı. Ev sahibine ilgisinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz.

I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing.
