Villa vacation rentals in Orosei

Pasamos muy buen tiempo en Cerdeña. Nos encantó la ubicación de la casa, cerca de la playa pero también del monte. La casa está en una zona tranquila pero muy bien comunicada, cerca de carreteras con las que se accede rapidamente a los otros pueblos. La terraza de la casa es maravillosa, perfecta para tomar un café por las mañanas con una maravillosa vista. Sergio fue siempre muy amable y respondio rapidamente a nuestras preguntas. Sin duda, un lugar al que volver y recomendar!

Die Kommunikation mit Marco und Sabrina lief sehr gut. Sie haben vorweg alle notwendigen Infos geteilt und waren während des Aufenthalts gut zu erreichen. Check-In und Check-Out konnten wir etwas flexibler gestalten, was unsere Reise vereinfacht hat. Die Außendusche mit Blick aufs Meer und die Möglichkeit zu Grillen war ein absolutes Highlight. Was an dieser Stelle zu erwähnen ist, ist die Straße zur Unterkunft: Sie wird gerade noch gebaut und war daher ziemlich uneben. Das wird sich aber in Zukunft bestimmt ändern. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft - wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter. :)

Lovely home in the country - nearby to the beach. The home has a beautiful yard and a relaxing deck with lounge chairs and dining table. Bikes on property that you can ride to the beach. Great beach bar nearby with yummy food and cocktails.

Die Lage am fantastischen Strand ist einfach wunderbar, unsere Familie mit zwei Kindern hat es sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und vom Sitzplatz und Esstisch sieht man das Meer. In der Nähe sind auch Restaurants und weitere Strände - also ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Die offene Küche und der offene Wohnbereich mit Blick aufs Meer haben uns gut gefallen. Die vielen Terassen und der großzügige Außenbereich sind super. Der kleine Strand in der Nähe der Wohnung war im Frühjahr der einzige weit und breit ohne Posidonia und man konnte wunderbar baden. Elisa und Bruno haben uns bei allem geholfen, was wir brauchten.

Ich habe ein Retreat mit einer Gruppe von Frauen in der Villa Peduzza durchgeführt. Es ist ein unglaublich schöner und ruhiger Ort. Alle haben sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Villa bietet Gemeinschaft und Rückzug. Das war perfekt für mich. Die Lage ist sehr schön ruhig und dennoch sind Strände und Stadt schnell erreichbar. Danke Maria von Herzen! Wir kommen wieder! Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza presso villa Barastula. La casa è ideale per un soggiorno all’insegna del relax. Angelo è stato un host speciale per attenzione e cortesia. La villa, oltre ad essere pulitissima ed attrezzatissima è dotata di un meraviglioso barbecue all’ esterno! Un grazie di cuore ad Angelo.

We had a lovely few days staying at this secluded and characterful house situated on a hillside with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Oliena is walkable from the accommodation and there are some beautiful and challenging walks to do in the area. The Sardinian culture is very much alive here and we enjoyed exploring the local cuisine and culture. A very enjoyable few days.

We spent 7 days as first guests at the newly renovated villa and enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well equipped and they provided salt, pepper, spices and dish washing tabs. The air conditioners are brand new and silent. The 5 double beds have quite hard mattresses, however still comfortable. The bathrooms are very modern and stylish. The owner provided 2 sets of keys, beach umbrellas, beach chairs/ towels. There is a beautiful view to the sea from the dining area as well as from the bedrooms upstairs. The owners representative was very responsive and helpful. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The Internet was available but low speed. The rocky beach can be reached by 10 minutes walking and allows snorkeling. The sandy beach can be reached by car in 5min with free parking lots. A small supermarket can be reached in 5 min by car and a nice Italian restaurant is there as well. We enjoyed our vacation and recommend this villa.

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Everything was absolutely fabulous. The house was gorgeous and so close to the town and the beach (which is one of the best beaches we’ve ever seen). Thank you Giovanna for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home😀

Wir waren zwei Familien, 10 Personen, welche in der Villa 11 Tage verbringen durften. Es war eine wunderschöne, unvergessliche und erholsame Zeit. Das Haus hat drei Etagen mit sechs Schlafzimmern, zwei Küchen und genügend Toiletten und Badezimmern. Die Küche war mit dem nötigstem Material gut ausgestattet und verfügt über einen genialen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, der enorm viel Verstauungsraum bot, um alles bunkern zu können, was eine 10 köpfige Familie braucht. Draussen und drinnen bieten zwei grosse und schöne Tische genügend Platz um miteinander dinieren zu können, worauf wir beim Auslesen der Ferienunterkunft grossen Wert drauf legten. War etwas defekt, oder wir benötigten Hilfe, war Sardinia Unlimited extrem schnell bei der Antwort und der Umsetzung des Problems. Liebe Sardinia Unlimited: Vielen Dank, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften! Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und gewertschätzt und genossen jeden einzelnen Tag! Liebe Grüsse und hoffentlich auf Wiedersehen🙏🏼

Everything about this property was exactly as described (tbh it was even better!) and Lucia was an incredible host, so helpful and responsive. The property was immaculate, incredibly clean and stunning. The area the property is located in is really beautiful, has a number of exclusive areas to visit and has some of the best beaches in Sardinia. Thankyou so much Lucia! X

Was a great stay for a week, the host Donatella and Francesco were super friendly. The house is amazing and was perfect for our group of four people. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had a crazy amount of amenities even a sandwich grill. Definitely a recommendation.

this house is so beautiful, new and clean. It is perfect for group of friends or families. It is close to the Main Street of the town and restaurants. Our hosts are very kind and warm. We had great time here. I would recommend this house for whom want to visit the north Sardegna.

Schöne, gepflegte Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Antonio war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat jeden Morgen den Pool gereinigt. Der Garten war perfekt für unseren Dackel. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Pool nicht weit entfernt vom Strand. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Minimarkt war fußläufig erreichbar. Silvia war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Handyman Salvatore war sehr freundlich und hat sich um alles gekümmert ohne zu stören. Das Ferienhaus war sehr abgelegen und für Sightseeing braucht man ein Auto.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Pina. Pina nous a tres bien accueilli et la communication fut facile. Maison nickel, plage et piscine au top. Nous recommandons !

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison . La vue et l’emplacement sont parfait , au calme . La piscine est top et très apprécié surtout avec le beau temps qu’on a eu . Il manquerait peut être deux transats supplémentaires , car il n’y en a que deux sur place . Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour , Manuela est très sympathique et réactive pour toutes questions et demandes . La literie est confortable . Nous reviendrons 😀

Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dem Paradies von Silvana und Luciano verbracht. Beide Gastgeber sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung sind viele schöne Strände, welche mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind, aber auch ein traumhaftes Pool mit kristallklarem Wasser steht den Gästen bei der Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Es ist uns schwer gefallen, diese mit viel Liebe kreierte Oase wieder zu verlassen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles an Silvana und Luciano

We had a great stay here. Although one of the beds was really too short (only approx. 180 cm long) the mattress was fine so we slept well. The area is very nice and calm, there is a nice view from the terrace and the distance to the port with many restaurants was easily walkable. The only thing that really disruptes our stay was the amount of wasps. Although we used the replent candles we coudln’t sometimes get rid of them so we could not enjoy outside eating as we planned. However, all in all I can recommend this place.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf Sardinien in der süßen und gemütlichen Unterkunft von Sara. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und die Größe war für uns völlig ausreichend. Für mehr als 5 Erwachsene würden wir es jedoch nicht empfehlen, da es auf Dauer zu eng werden könnte. Das Haus war gut eingerichtet, die Küche vollständig ausgestattet und es war sehr sauber. Zum Haus gehörte ein wunderschöner Pool, eine praktische Außendusche und eine kleine Kinderecke, die wir nicht genutzt haben. Zu unserer Zeit gab es eine Katze mit 2 Kitten auf dem Grundstück, die wir regelmäßig versorgt haben. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn diese weiterhin versorgt werden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass wir eine sehr flexible Check in Zeit hatten und somit schon vorher in das Haus durften. Sara war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden nochmal kommen!
