The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

We had a very nice stay in Baunei and having a private garage was very convenient in the small town! It was very easy to communicate with Lidia and she was very helpful if required. Finding the apartment and checking in was made so easy thanks to her! :) Since the apartment is located so close to the city center you can just leave the house by foot if you are looking to get some food or explore the old streets. Definitely a recommendation staying here! :)

really very close to the airport. 5mn walk. Without being disturbed by the noise. Shops within walking distance as well. It was perfect for our last day in Sardinia.

We were Marina's guests for 10 days. From the first minute, it felt like we were her children. Perfect location at a super good restaurant. Supermarket and things for everyday needs within easy reach. Without a car or bike, you can only reach one restaurant. It is advisable to have a car. We'd love to be guests again any time.

For us it is just the perfect location in spring time Sardegna. Quiet location in the middle of a big Olive Garden. Beautiful surroundings and still all the amenities you need.

Our stay couldn't have been better. The apartment was very cozy and in a very charming and quiet village. But above all we want to highlight the good deal with the host, she helped us by troubles and was flexible at all times, as communication with her was always quick and clear!! Overall we were very satisfied. Manuela was very nice and always available. The house was good for us 4 (2 adults and 2 children) from the place. Kitchen has the essentials that you need. Even got milk, coffee powder, and a bottle of water. The air conditioning in the living/dining room is loose enough for the whole house. Cools very well!The property is a dream and is very quiet. It grows grapes, figs, pears, from which we were allowed to eat and from time to time we got fresh eggs from the chickens. Great also that there is a washing machine. However, the way to the house is not for lowered cars. The highlight is the open terrace. Just the many flies are a bit annoying. In the evening with candles everything is great! The beaches near Foxi Murdegu and Foxi Manna are very nice and not overcrowded like many others.

We spent a fantastically beautiful week after the end of the season with lots of peace and a beautiful beach almost to ourselves. The apartment is well laid out and the beds comfortable. The terrace with the view is a dream and the location perfect, right on the beach but also with hiking opportunities in front of the door. Our host was very friendly and flexible, we would recommend the place.

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

The place is lovely. Just a few meters from a nice beach. There are nice restaurants in the area. The flat is in the basement, it does not get a lot of light in the bedrooms or the bathroom. In my opinion this in only a problem if you are there when the wether is not good and you plan to stay in the apartment for a day or more.

This is a beautiful apartment very nicely decorated and clean. It is in a really great location in the old district with amazing views and a lovely balcony to sit on. It was very hot when we visited, the air conditioning in the bedroom really helped and the bed was very comfortable. It was great to receive a welcoming bottle of wine and to find ice blocks in the freezer and a sun umbrella in the flat, which were essential on the beach. The only thing you need to aware of is there are a lot of steps up to and in the apartment, it's on three levels. as it's in the old town the roads are very narrow and parking tricky. But We were able to find parking in the square by the church opposite. Franco was very quick in responding to messages in all an excellent host. Thank you

Good friendly communication, flexible, everything wonderful. It would be good to know that the window of the children's room opens to the neighbors' terrace. However, did not bother us because there were no guests there.

The host ist very responsive and the check in went well. The old town is a 30 minutes walk and there is a good and cheap restaurant in walking distance called „il visuvio“.

Laura was very kind and the apartment was exactly as described and seen in the photo. Very clean, cared for in every detail and super equipped with a dishwasher, air conditioning and a place to spread out! Kitchen is super equipped! A great stay! It was like being at home. If I go back to the area, I'll definitely consider it!

The apartment is very clean and well located, there is everything a tourist could need
