Vacation rentals with breakfast in Oropi

We had a lovely stay and would certainly stay again if we were back in the area. Everything was spot on, the icing on the cake was a lovely 30 minute walk along the sea front to a wonderful Indian restaurant called Great Spice.

A beautiful place! Surrounded by nature and still close to the city. The heater was already on when we arrived, which was perfect as it was a bit cold. The beds were very comfortable, and we all had a great night’s sleep. Highly recommend!

Don’t doubt booking this place for a second everyone, if you’re ever thinking of staying in Tauranga this is the place to be. Great pricing and everything exceeded my expectations. After reading reviews & seeing this for myself, I’ve never been so impressed and so comfortable in a Airbnb. Peter’s place gave a homely feeling and the aura was fantastic. I had a weekend get away with my mum & for one of the days my dad & sibling had also visited & were very impressed with the space. They felt right at home as well. Mum and I kept going on about how much we really loved everything about the area Peter & his partner have created. Lots of complimentary food/basics which made the experience of staying here even better. Every detail and everything in this place was beautifully done. On top of this, Peter’s communication skills were excellent, he was very responsive, friendly & helpful. He made this a wonderful time. Overall, I’m looking forward to my next stay here with friends & family 😁

We had a lovely stay at Wendy's place. It is beautifully furnished and spacious. Facilities are all great and the breakfast was an extra bonus. Great communication and flexibility.

Amazing place to stay with your family. Everything you need and perfect location. Communication with sandy is amazing and she is an amazing host. The house is just a gem and would live to stay for longer one day :)

This was my first time staying at David & Dianne's Airbnb. Although a very short stay, due to an early flight out of Auckland, I would have no hesitation in staying here again and giving a recommendation. The unit was very spacious and spotless, with great communication of where everything is kept etc. Fabulous location to Mount Maunganui restaurants, shops, surf beach and Pilot Bay. This is a great, spacious apartment with close quiet neighbours and all the facilities one needs. Supermarket is just there and close to town as well. Well recommended!

The stay at Jude‘s place was simply amazing. Clean, cosy, well located - close to many beautiful spots in Rotorua yet outside the busy city center, it is situated in Owhata. She is a very kind, caring, helpful person - interested in sharing nice locations to visit. We enjoyed our holidys and would return there anytime with joy. Such a lovely stay. The rooms were perfectly clean, comfortable and stylish. The hosts were very welcoming and thoughtful. We enjoyed Michael's archery session and Mia's amazing breakfast. The freshly baked bread was fabulous. And the lovely dog Hunter showed me around their beautiful garden!! We had a great time and it is actually the most pleasant accommodation we have ever stayed at in NZ.

Linda's bnb was adorable. Very comfortable, clean, full of delightful little extras. Linda came over to have a chat and make sure everything was to our liking. She gave us a run down on the local area and further afield. A very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend

We were very comfortable at Kellie and John’s, they were very helpful with directions and gave us good ideas on what we should see and where we could go. We highly recommend a stay with them..

We had a fabulous stay at Ginie's quirky converted boathouse. The boathouse is right on the shores of the Lake with a small beach at the bottom of the garden. The highlight for us was paddleboarding from the house (excellent easy access) on a mirror-like lake surrounded by bird life, followed by relaxing in the spa. The accommodation was delightfully quirky and clean and Ginie had left us some delicious baked goods in the fridge. We were surprised at all the wee details... So carefully thought out. The hosts were very unintrusive, we wouldn't have known they were there other than a quick goodbye when we left. Thank you, we would love to come back!

I cannot give Sheryl's place enough stars! Beautiful location, the room is cozy and has a lovely view, and Hobbiton is a short drive or about a 30 min walk up the road. But most of all Sheryl and Greg were so welcoming, helpful, and went far above and beyond. Very much looking forward to staying again in the future (as I've not been to Hobbiton very much and would like to go again 🤣). Love from Edinburgh!
