In winter, there are tracks for cross-country skiing right outside the door (open now) as well as very high-quality track areas 5-20 minutes away by car. Our freestanding wood-fired sauna can be enjoyed all year round and in the summers there is a jetty and the possibility of swimming. A smaller 30-way road runs between the house and the sea. The accommodation is suitable as a vacation destination as well as for longer stays. Sheets and firewood are included.

The feeling is that you are staying in a separate house near the forest because the mountain ridge east of the accommodation is so close. Walking trails, ski trails connect to the property. Quiet in the area (no through road) but bus stop is 200 meters away on the main road into Örnsköldsvik. Brand new bathroom!

This unique home lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 meters up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the fall.
