Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Orleans County

We spent a great weekend at Natasha’s place. We were in town for a family event and there was plenty of room for everyone in our group.

We spent the first part of our honeymoon here and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Lisa was certianly a wonderful host. The cottage was cozy and the decorations were very neat! The kitchen was also fully loaded with cooking supplies so we were able to make some of our favorite receipes from scratch using our own ingredients. There was a blind for every window and door and the heat worked great! The TV also worked well! The lake is right in the back yard with gorgeous views of sunsets and star gazing. The lake is beautiful with a nice sandy bottom. Thank you Lisa for everything!

Our group stayed at the home for several nights and enjoyed our entire time there. the location on Lake Ontario is incredible. The back yard is well kept and great for sitting by the water, watching birds go by and listening to the sound of waves. alAr night, you're far enough away from sources of light pollution that you can see an abundance of stars and the Milky Way! Lynn, the host, is friendly, responsive, and helpful, and provides ample documentation on the home and surrounding area. The space is clean and well equipped. I cooked a gourmet meal for ten people each night and was always able to find the required cookware. The abundance of beds and sleepable couches is ideal for a large gathering. The central air and window AC units do a good job of cooling the place down, and each bathroom has an overhead heater to help warm you up and dry off. I highly recommend this rental location. Book it if you're looking for a large, comfortable, quiet place to stay with friends or family. :-)

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay over Christmas. The view of the lake is beautiful and the location provided a lot of privacy. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and there are a few games there we were able to play during our stay. We also really appreciated the welcome kit, it was a festive and thoughtful touch!

My sister and I take an annual 'rest and relaxation' vacation together every year. We decided to stay closer to home this year and enjoy Lake Ontario. It was wonderful. We loved the quiet, the peacefulness, the water (in many conditions), the bird watching and the comfort of the cottage. We took one day trip but otherwise, we stayed put. We would definitely go again.

Three fishing buddies and I stayed at Robert's place along with a dog. The house worked out well for us. The bed's aren't meant for one giant man that was part of our group but everything worked out well. It was less than fifteen minutes to Oak Orchard and Sandy Creek fishing. There were a couple restaurants close by in Kent. Great location for us to the fishing areas.

What an amazing place to stay at while in Medina! Whether it be for a wedding or to use as a home base to see Western NY. The apartment was spotless and very modern.

I don’t even know where to start. Super comfy, super clean, Richard and Susan really love their home and it shows. There’s a calmness and peacefulness as you walk in. My partner and I enjoyed this weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Thank you Richard and Susan for allowing us to unwind this weekend!! I absolutely loved my stay. I loved the decor throughout this apartment everything was exactly what is in the description but lovelier than expected. I would recommend that this is place to stay with children or two couples who are traveling together. Thank You for everything ❤️

The Bunkhaus is a definite 10/10. The entire space, including the outside, was well taken care of, clean and very welcoming. Appreciated the attention to detail with the decor, as well as bathroom toiletries and kitchen snacks. Esther was super responsive and clear in instructions. I left a necklace behind and she has been so nice to mail it to me! Recommend for sure!
