Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

An apartment with a lovely garden in a quiet area. Several vaporetto stops are within 10 minutes. You can reach everything within 20 minutes.

It’s a beautiful house in Murano and super convenient to get around. We had everything we wanted and especially loved the kitchen. Our kid was super happy with the garden and lot of space to play :) the hosts were always responsive with whatever questions we had. Highly recommended.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

A place you could ask for - if you're looking for a retreat that exudes a lot of warmth. And this garden...magnificent. Ideal for exploring cities such as Treviso, Padova, Venice but also Trieste. Jody also always has good restaurant recommendations and helps with valuable tips

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

Host offered instructions for what’s app connection from airport via water taxi & Giacomo received us & took us to place from just around San Marco piazza - beautiful house & great shared balcony to watch gondola go by

The apartment is very comfortable. We went in winter and we couldn't take much advantage of the terrace. The bathroom is very spacious and has good facilities. The mattress was very good and of good dimensions. There are some shops and a large supermarket nearby. The walk to downtown is relatively short and pleasant.

The owner and staff of this apartment really care about your stay and comfort. Venice navigating is hard…but everyone including every local we encountered tried to be helpful. Visitors are out of their comfort zones. Venetians have been hosts for over 500 years. It shows. Thank you.

This really is a beautiful place to stay. Claudia and her family are the most perfect hosts. The apartment will not disappoint you, you have everything you need exceptionally clean and in perfect condition. Comfortable bed, AC for warmer days, great kitchen and shower room. It is a jewel and with the added bonus of the private well maintained garden. We highly recommend a stay here if you want the perfect Venice experience. THANK YOU Claudia

We had a wonderful time at Claudia’s place. It’s beautiful house close to train station , vaporrate and other attractions but yet away from rush of the city. Our family enjoyed the beautiful backyard and host is very friendly. House was super clean and had all the necessary items which we needed.

The location is perfect close to San Marcos square. I solely booked for the rooftop terrace and location. It’s a unique space on the top floor of the building. The space has basically 3 levels. Great use of space with charm. It’s exactly as described and my family had a very pleasant stay. The host was very proactive, responsive, and also sent several tips and recommendations.

despite having problem with electricity , the place was really nice for one night stay 😁 we really recommend it

A wonderful apartment in a perfect location. Right in the pedestrian zone with restaurants, supermarket and bars but still very very quiet. Breakfast coffee (Goppion) right outside the door and recommended. After the day in Vendig or on the beautiful island, we came to the apartment with joy and were able to switch off immediately. The roof terraces are simply incredible and have sun all day. We liked to use it to relax to end the day or to take a break before dinner. Everything is sparkling clean and cozy. Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Thank you 🙏

Amazing place with a terrace offering wonderful views of Venice! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Spacious room, well-lit dining room, tv area with skylight, and well-equipped kitchen. Would return if ever back in Venice!

Olivia and Andre were fantastic hosts! Our inbound flight was delayed, but they were flexible in getting us checked in on a holiday. The Palazzo was beautiful and very walkable with easy access to the Train Station, boats, etc. Would definitely stay here again!
