Family-friendly vacation rentals in Oria

We arrived late in the evening due to a delay in our flight. Cosimo's parents nevertheless welcomed us very, very warmly, took a lot of time to show us everything and even got us a pizza. The house is perfect, nice and quiet, offers plenty of space to relax. Everything you need was there in terms of basic equipment. The house is beautifully, modernly and practically furnished and equipped with many small thoughtful details. The outdoor area is very spacious and offers plenty of shade. It's only a few meters to the beach, and during the week there were no people there. We had a perfect week.

A beautiful and tranquil setting. We took walks along the country road surrounded by olive trees and wild flowers. The garden and pool are beautiful and we spent lots of time there. We also explored Spongano and our beloved town of Specchia. Salento is magical and so is Villa Ada.

This place is like a time capsule 100 years back. Set right on the beach, amazing property with great views of the sea. Would definitely stay here again. Only problem was that WiFi was not working as internet lines were down and our phone reception was minimal too, so we had hard time connecting with friends/family or even things like streaming music and planning our trips to surrounding towns. The host is great and very responsive.

We were guests with my wife in this wonderful property the third week of June 2025. The site is easily accessible by car. Ideal property for finding yourself in a central location for those who, for the purpose of their stay, intend to visit within a reasonable radius. Reaching Alborobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Ostuni, Cisternino takes between 20 and 45 minutes. Personally, we went much further, reaching Gallipoli, Otranto, and Leuca. the B&B Dependance is great for a couple with 2 children. A plus not to be underestimated is the availability of the jacuzzi to relax in. Ms. Maria, the owner, has always been available and present with advice on restaurants to propose and cities to visit nearby, just minutes away you can take advantage of a market that offers typical takeaway dishes. What can I say, we highly recommend it. A personal thank you to Maria.

I would give this place and host 6 stars if I could! It’s a HUGE apartment that’s part of a palazzo built in the 1400s. Luigia is the most charming, warm, friendly and helpful host ever! She makes you feel at home and does so many thoughtful things like stocking the fridge with food and beverage items, walking you through the place with the right level of detail and even made my restaurant reservations for me like a concierge. The location is 2 mini blocks off the main square yet tranquil as can be. And the bed is the most comfortable of my 5 weeks in Italy thus far! I love Lecce, this place and this host! Can’t wait to return.

We stayed at the Trulli Colarossa property for 6 days during our honeymoon in Apulia. This place is really like a little piece of paradise. The private pool and wonderfully kept garden are a great place to relax, enjoy slow days and observe nature. Within a 30 min. to 1 hour drive you can very easily reach many wonderful towns in the area like Matera, Monopoli, Castellana Grotte and beaches, for short day trips. Additionally, fantastic breakfast with local products was prepared by our host’s mom and delivered to our room everyday. Our host, Donato, was extremely friendly and very proactively gave us fantastic recommendations for the area - from food to places worth visiting. We look forward to coming back!

A 5-star home. Large apartment, well exposed, very well equipped, and in a quiet area. While being close to the beach, and small shops. Bike, BBQ and Jacuzzi available. Coffee pods and a bottle of red wine. Breathtaking sea and sunset views. We would have stayed there for a few more days. I recommend it 1000%.

This was a lovely base from which to explore Puglia, but also a wonderful place to relax. The house was everything shown in the pictures plus more. It was a perfect vacation spot for our family of 5. Also a shout out to Lusi. She was very responsive and proactive in helping to ensure we had a great week in Puglia.

Loved this apartment in Lecce! It was a great place to relax during the afternoon heat. It was very close to restaurants and within the old town. If ever back, we'd definitely hope to stay here again.

I stayed here with my husband, our babysitter, and two small children ages four and two. We were very comfortable. Everything that we needed was there. It is very central to many areas and very beautiful. I would stay here again if we came back. I highly recommend.

If there had been 10 stars, I would have given them all. We organized a bachelorette party at the Trullo Armonia and Maria Giulia helped make everything perfect. The romantic atmosphere of the trullo was certainly the star, but without Maria Giulia's organization and care, it wouldn't have been the same. In the structure you can organize many activities, we participated in a pottery course and then we prepared orecchiette with Giovanna, who transmits all the love for Puglia. All above expectations. We had a great vacation at Villa Grandi Fiori. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the charming village of Oria, in the heart of Puglia, a perfect base for exploring the region. The villa is really superb: spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed us to cook with pleasure during our stay. Several terraces surround the house, perfect for enjoying the sun or shade at any time of day. The garden, entirely surrounded by hedges, offered us total privacy and absolute tranquility – a true haven of peace. Thank you to Ingrid and Piet for your warm welcome. It was a pleasure to meeting you. Villa Grandi Fiori is undoubtedly a place where you already dream of returning!

This is a simply wonderful find. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully restored and designed. The surroundings have the same attention to design and detail. The location is peaceful yet is no more than 30 min from a host of magnificent towns and coast. Enza and Mariano were so warm, welcoming and helpful. Cannt wait to come back.

We had a great week at this beautiful house in the heart of Puglia. It is conveniently located for visiting all the villages in the area. The garden is huge and offers different places to relax. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen when the weather was nice. Antonino was very welcoming and even brought us hot croissants on Sunday morning. I highly recommend it!
