Our host, who greeted us when we checked in, explained everything necessary with a smiling face. Everything was thought out to the finest detail for the comfort of the guests in the house, and it had a very nice location. It was a great experience from start to finish! I will choose it again.

Ms. Nesrin and her husband were a very good host. They were right next to us in all our needs. The house had everything you could need. We had a very pleasant time. We had a very pleasant time. We had 8 teacher friends in the house. When we entered the house, we met a table specially prepared for us. It was very nice of them. They were very happy with us. Thank you very much for everything.

Since the accommodation is located between the two main roads, you can hear the traffic, but not very loud. We felt very comfortable and would come back again and again! Overall, the house allowed us to have a pleasant and peaceful vacation. The location is beautiful, the setting is calm and the house met our needs greatly. The host, Ms. Defne, was very caring and kind in communication, and we would also like to thank her for this. We only told the host that we expected a little more attention to kitchen cleaning, and he took a very constructive approach to this issue. Ms. Defne was very constructive and understanding in all our feedback, which made the process more positive. It has always been a home I would prefer.

A place where you can be in touch with nature. The house had everything from a dishwasher to air conditioning. The view from Orhangazi- Iznik road to the house is also great. Iznik and Orhangazi districts are also quite close. For those who do not have private vehicles, public transportation vehicles are very close to the location of the house. The hot spring will be opened soon, and we were a little relaxed in the nearby little hot spring. I look forward to coming back.

As soon as we entered the garden with my husband and children, we were at peace. The house is very clean and convenient and has everything you need. The children swam in the pool while we barbecue, cooking marsmallows while enjoying the cinema by the fire. We spent a lot of time in the garden and ended the night with the pleasure of the hot tub. We were very happy that a 1-night holiday was so full. We had the chance to spend time at the lake the next morning, and we will come back as soon as possible, thank you for everything.

Highlights: - a large floor independent of a house (the owners live below) - Spacious apartment, extremely well equipped (better than our home!), a bit like when you go to your nice grandmother's... - Good location on a quiet street in Iznik. The city is small, there are few things to see but the atmosphere is nice and everything is easily done on foot. Access to the lake in about 15-20 min walk for a pleasant walk along the lake in a large public garden, good for children but frustrating for hikers. - Balconies and small gravel garden with swing and table for tea. Very nice. Least: No there is not! Very good rental.
