Secluded Yet So Close – Perfect Getaway! Our stay at Krissy’s place was absolutely wonderful. It truly felt like a hidden gem - secluded and peaceful, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, yet still conveniently close to town and the beach. We loved the tranquility of the location, and it was the ideal spot to come back to relax and unwind. The space was beautifully designed, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Krissy was an exceptional host, always responsive and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect experience. Such a lovely host and very inviting place to stay. We were treated with juice, milk and hot cross buns being Easter. The cottage has everything you need for a home away from home. Walking distance to Queens park and only minutes drive to town. Super clean, tidy and well equipped with all the amenities. We had two vehicles which Lee accommodated for on-site. A very quiet and peaceful place to stay. Would definitely recommend thanks again Lee all the very best.

Perfect apartment stay. Grant is super welcoming and helpful. The space is roomy and immaculately clean. The kitchen was so well equipped with milks, spreads, juice and bread, gourmet muesli selection and a nespresso machine. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back/recommend to friends.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish! The space was immaculately clean, stylish, and incredibly cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, with all the essentials provided for a stress-free visit. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Stunning! Beautiful home, beautifully decorated , cosy, comfortable and stylish. Generous touches make all the difference, milk for tea, coffee machine and laundry powder for washing while travelling was so appreciated . The beds were super comfortable, gorgeous linen , and we loved the shower and fire.

Janines's place is even lovelier than the pictures. Fabulous view, right on the beach and perfect for walking and dolphin spotting (at the right time of year). Particularly appreciated the very well equipped kitchen; and two bathrooms made for a very comfortable stay for a couple and two singles (with own double bedrooms). Very comfy beds. Hoping to come back again!

Shiela's home is a luxurious and beautifully renovated older home with every amenity you could home for and more. The kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked with quality products and the welcome pack including Easter eggs put a huge snile on our kids faces! The beds and linen were very comfy, the home was warm and cosy, with a beautiful garden, quality laundry and easy walk to restaurants in Invercagill. Perfect stay and would absolutely love to stay again. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of booking the Kawau's Airbnb, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment our staff arrived, they were welcomed with warmth and kindness. Anneke was an incredibly thoughtful and attentive host, always available to answer any questions, and made sure they had everything they needed to feel at home. Amazing location for those wanting a quiet coastal getaway. Beautiful sea and mountain views, short walk to Monkey Island and then onto the long sandy beach of Te Wae Wae Bay. Great basecamp for exploring other highlights of the southern coast. Well stocked with kitchen appliances and ingredients. Added bonus - the house is a recent build with superior insulation. Even though it was autumn with cold nights we were super cosy throughout our stay. (18-20 deg inside with no heaters on - wow!!)

Great place to spend the week! Warm and clean, amazing view, and walking distance to the sea and cafe. Best place we have stayed in view wise. Would 100% recommend, and Cara’s response was quick friendly and helpful. We would love to come back. Tracy, Diane, Lucy and Zoe.

A real charmer of a house. Completely private and the quietest place I have been in for a long time. Leane prepares the house with a great deal of care so you can settle right in and be comfortable. So much room to spread out and an ample supply of kitchen utensils to cook meals. There's games and books and comfy beds and a lovely sunroom. Would certainly suit big groups who want to get away into farm Country with Riverton a great town 30 minutes away on the Coast recommended.
