Here, you will find grocery stores, quaint little shops, and a beach promenade leading to cozy restaurants right by the sea. Good bus connections to Gothenburg, Smögen, Lysekil, etc., about 1 hour away. The Lyckorna golf club is 4 km away. A large shopping center is 15 minutes away by car. If you want to enjoy the tranquility of the forest and nature, you have nice hiking trails near several lakes starting about 1 km from the accommodation.

Hiking trails and rock climbing. By car, it takes about 30 minutes to Lysekil, Hunnebostrand, Fjällbacka or other coastal pearls. The house includes the most necessary things you need. As well as three parking spaces. Duvets and pillows are available. Bed linen and bath towels are charged at SEK 150/set if required. Cleaning is not included. Please leave in the same condition.

The area is idyllically located by Valboån, Ödeborg 25 minutes from Uddevalla. The accommodation offers excellent opportunities for golf, hiking in Kroppefjäll's wilderness area, swimming in lakes, fishing, biking and paddling. To rent the accommodation, you need access to a vehicle.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Cottage of 60 sqm with private beach & older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, induction stovetop and oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the patio facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double and 2 single, and a small rowboat are available during your stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub.

To the popular swimming area Saltkällan, it is only 5 km and to all the pearls of the coast such as Lysekil, Smögen, Hunnebo, Fjällbacka and Grebbestad, it is 40 km, perfect as a starting point for many nice excursions. If you want to shop, there is everything you want at Torp shopping center, which you can reach in 10 minutes by car.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

From us in Dale, it is about 30 minutes to the coast, whether you want to take a trip to, for example, Orust, Lysekil, Smögen or Grebbestad. Even in Munkedal there is much to do such as hiking, golfing, paddling, mini golf, swimming in both salt and fresh water.
