Beautiful house, well-equipped and with a magnificent view. All 3 floors have separate entrances, every room has a separate bathroom with it. Kostadin was a wonderful host, breakfast was excellent and different every morning, and the kapama and chicken soup were simply delicious! Would gladly return again and enjoy this great place!

Our home was just 7-8 minutes away by car from all the amenities of Aspravalta and only a 2-3 minute walk to the sea. We spend 7 days there and we found everything needed in the house. The open-plan living room had a large table that was perfect for both dining and working. The bedroom was thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. All the linens were spotless, almost like brand new. Waking up every morning to a nearly 180-degree view of the sea and the Halkidiki mountains, and being able to look at that view any chance we got during the day, made us so so happy. With its stunning view, spacious living room and balcony, and breathtaking sunsets, we spent an unforgettable 7 days here. If I had to summarize this stay, I would describe it as peace, tranquility, and hope. We’re truly happy to have met our wonderful hosts, Martha and Joannis and their lovely boys. The house is in pristine condition, very clean and equipped with everything needed for vacationing. Beach, shopping and evening activities are a 3-minute walk away. Communication with Antonis was flawless. A warm welcome from Antonis' mother Fotini and his brother Jannis awaited us upon arrival. There was a briefing incl. a tour of the house and cold drinks (water, juice, wine) were provided for us. We felt very comfortable and give a 100% recommendation! Thank you so much for everything 🫶🏻

George is a great host and this has been our go-to spot for the last 2 years when we want to visit Drama. Definitely recommended .

Very friendly host. The food was nice and affordable. The housing was almost new but traditional at the same time. A little bummer was the closed pool / whirlpool and sauna. Otherwise we had a great stay. The location is a 1 hour walk out of Melnik but we had a rental car and it is a nice starting spot for hikes to the monastery.

We had a great time at Vasileios’ apartment. It was spacious, clean and very close to the centre. He was very easy to communicate with and his mother Veta. I would highly recommend to other visitors to Serres.

It was beautiful, had a great time, everything looks like in pictures, the air conditioning was great, really close to the beach, like 1 minute of walk, a lot of great restaurants around, the food is great, but the people at the restaurants don’t undeserving English so good, but the location it’s perfect, and the host was really amazing, always answered questions and even helped us with the road since we came with our cars, and parking lot was great, right in front of the apartment, a lot of free parking spaces, you can see your car from the balcony, I really recommend it, we went 6 people, and it was great, we will come back definitely!
