Cabin vacation rentals in Oregon

Our (my daughter and I) visit at the Cozy Cardinal was enjoyable. Communication with Amy was excellent. We received excellent instructions on check-in and check-out. We did not cook, but the kitchen seemed stocked appropriately with items one would need. The bathroom was very small… especially the shower. It served its’ purpose, however if my other daughter had been on this trip, I don’t think she would have been able to shower! She is very tall. Ample towels and accessories were provided which was very appreciated. The AC kept the place nice and cool. The TV was great providing options. We were able to see so many birds, squirrels, deer and the occasional wild turkey! We did not use the hot tub, but I’m sure it would have been a lovely addition. Amy was also kind enough to allow my daughter to bring her two small dogs.

The home is beautiful and very comfortable. We loved having the use of the hot tub. Just wish we could've stayed longer!

Easy check in and out. Everything was as promised.

the place is great in the house there is quite a bit to do and the owners left a binder explaining a few things and with recommendations for restaurants and activities to do while there. the only problem that occurred what when first looking for the property it's fairly easy to miss both me my girlfriend and a pizza driver completely Missed it the first time around but once you know what your looking for it's easy to find. highly recommend if you get rained in like we did highly recommend watching the movies they have in the chest/coffee table. and the final compliment I can give is the place is well stocked with cookware and plates unlike most bnbs I've been to.

Overall, really enjoyed our stay. Our place was suprisingly spatious & had everything we could’ve possibly needed.

The location and home were great. The view from every corner was scenic. We were able to watch wildlife and take quiet walks around the lake and on the nature trail. There were lots of games to play inside but we enjoyed the beautiful weather and spent our time outside on the lake in the paddle boat and kayaks. The kitchen was plenty big and we were also able to spread out in the other rooms for alone time. We will definitely be back.

This was our family's first time doing any sort of "camping" (we had a cabin, did not bring a tent, so it was technically "glamping") but it couldn't have been a better time. Sylvia and her team all worked together to make sure everyone had a great time--whether staying in tents, in campers, or in cabins. There were fun activities throughout each day, the community bathrooms were cleaned throughout the day and night, the pool was nice, all the amenities such as the playground/gaga pit, jump pad were photographed and described so we knew just what to pack. There was a phone number you could text if you needed more firewood delivered (even after hours) which was REALLY nice. My kids LOVED the little store most of all...lots of basics like foil/firewood/milk/butter/aspirin to buy at reasonable prices as well as really great collection of well-priced toys and gems the kids loved shopping for. It was easy to say yes! Overall, it was a wonderful time and my kids said they want to go again!

This was our 2nd time at the Cabin, it's such a cozy place and beautiful surroundings. Rebecca is a great host. We look forward to staying again.

Absolutely loved staying at Sylvia's! The camper is very conveniently located within the park - close to all the amenities and activities! Easy to access, beautiful grounds and a very peaceful stay for my family and I.

This was a very simple place to stay which was all we needed, and was as described. It was in a very quiet area and, although the outdoor space is shared with a few other buildings, no one else was really out when we stayed so we had no noise issues. Only 10 minutes or less from Lake Geneva. James was very helpful and responsive with the couple questions/needs we had and was a very nice person. We got checked in quickly as he met us at the building when we arrived. I would recommend staying here!

Rebecca was great to work with. We needed last minute accommodations for a wedding. The place was conveniently located and a great/comfy hangout for our family before the events. The goats (Pete & Earl?) were added benefits to keep the kids occupied. Not sure if we will make it to the area again, but if we do, we will be booking this place!

In town for a family visit and the cozy cabin was a very nice place to gather and enjoy a cookout with an evening fire on the banks of the river.

Great stay! The place is massive and has everything you could possibly think of. It’s tucked away and quiet. Beds were clean, comfortable, and decor was well thought out. Bathrooms were stocked with all necessities. Some kitchen items were worn but everything was present to make a nice family meal. Location is very ideal for a nice get away and to enjoy the lush green grass on the property.

A great peaceful and quiet place for enjoying time away, lounging, watching the clouds or listening to the birds. fun farmers market, antiques and yummy restaurant (Molly's) in the nearby town too!

The cabin is across the street from White Pines Forrest. We could have walked there. Bring some shoes to hike the trails. There were also 2 small play areas over there. The fire pit is nice and big but be sure to bring some fire wood if you plan to use it. It was great that there were roasting sticks for smores. There is also a charcoal grill which was nice to use on the warm day. There is basic cooking utensils, plates, forks, spoons etc... The water gets very hot. There were plenty of clean towels and washcloths. There is a place called The Bakery that isn't far away. The muffins and cinnamon rolls were fantastic. The beds were all fine, even the futon.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the cabin on June 24-26. We really appreciated the very clean, well stocked (towels, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchenware, soap, etc), and secure cabin. Check-in and check-out a breeze and the A/C and fireplace worked extremely well. Definitely a place to stay and well worth the money.
