This place is magical! It’s on the edge of the forest and a few blocks to ocean. After a morning soak in the awesome hot tub on deck we walked in to the forest. It was awe inspiring under the huge canopy of trees. I felt so connected to Mother Nature at that moment. The home was spotlessly clean on arrival with a number of beds and enough space for a large family. Very comfortable and well stocked, even had a pet basket, we felt right at home. Wished we could have stayed longer and are already making plans to come back this summer. Kylee was very accommodating, we booked last minute and she extended us a late checkout so we could have a lazy morning and enjoy the place. 100% recommend this place!

Absolutely love this place! Depot Bay, Lincoln City close by. it was a quiet neighborhood and very relaxing! Jim and Rachel responded quickly to any questions I had. Can't recommend it enough! Would definately book again!

Beautiful location, very quiet. Far enough from downtown not to deal with traffic and people but close enough to drive over for coffee/confections in the morning.

This was the perfect beach house stay, just minutes from the ocean! The house was very clean and well stocked - we felt like we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would definitely come back again!

We stayed a week for our honeymoon, and we had a great time. Our stay was very pleasant, clean and very quiet. With comfortable beds and plenty of activities not far,(restaurants, etc) also the ocean bay is only a short walk from the Airbnb. It was very nice to have the washer and dryer as well as the wonderful kitchen. Perfect way to end a long day of adventure, by relaxing in the hot-tub watching the stars. All around a beautiful house and would definitely recommend and come back.

Heather was an excellent host! She responded quickly to any questions we had and was very accommodating. She was able to get us an early check-in on a very last minute trip we planned and we couldn’t have been happier with the location, space for our teens and yard for our dogs! The house is equipped with everything you need and is within walking distance to the beach. There is an awesome little coffee shop a block away for breakfast with a cozy hang out and our favorite pelican brewery is just a short drive down the street! Pet friendly was a huge plus for us since this is always the hardest when traveling and we love homes that are clean and accommodating! Thank you Heather so much for sharing your awesome home!

The house was absolutely lovely! Clean and had everything we needed. The street traffic is a little noisy throughout the night and there isn’t an ocean view. But it is only a few minutes walk to the beach and you can still hear the waves from the house. The host is also fantastic! She made sure everything went smoothly for us. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing! Clean, cozy, safe, and only 24 stair steps to the beach!! The deck and living room window offered stunning views of the ocean. The bed was comfortable. A fire in the fire place was a great addition on the rainy days. The grass yard was perfect for our dog and we loved the visit from the bunny now and then. The host was awesome. We can’t wait to go back again!

Very comfortable place to stay. Perfect for our family of 5 and dogs. Beds and pillows were super comfy and the kitchen well stocked. Our granddaughter Loved the Pac-Man game and all the toys. Short walk to the beach and an easy place to have your dogs.

This place was just right for 4 adults and 1 child. Not huge but cozy and cute with everything we needed. The close proximity to the beach was amazing! We had a great time! The host brought us condiments and gave us local restaurant and activity recommendations which was very nice.

We found the house and got access to it easily following the instructions. The house had everything we could possibly need. The place is super peaceful with birds chirping around. The location was very close to the beach and to the forest. Megan was very responsive and accommodating. We would like to come back.

Chad is an excellent, welcoming host. The house is even more beautiful and intriguing than picture. The decorations are imaginative, spunky and full of surprises. The location is ideal, central to a vibrant community yet tucked away from traffic. The beach is very close and splendid. We will look to stay there again.

Spectacular view from the picture window overlooking the coast. Cold, windy day, but could view from inside. close to Beverly Beach and Yaquina Lighthouse. We used the furnished BBQ for burgers with salad.

We had a wonderful stay. We felt very comfortable, the place was nice and clean, and the location was great. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck and the location is central to many activities, restaurants, and shops.

Well that was fun! This place has a great energy if you know what I mean. A lot of care went into the space and set up. The kitchen has all kinds of spices and cooking utensils. The fire pit area is very nice. The whole area was great in my opinion. The layout is nice for the house and the bathroom is very spacious. There is a lot of fun decor around to view. The instructions in the house were very helpful. WiFi instructions with QR code, TV remotes and how to with easy to follow instructions. We took some pictures to use for our own rentals. There are a lot of extra items like a beach tent, rain ponchos, fire starter for the fire pit and a BBQ available. Not much more you could ask for.

The cottage at Oregon house was perfect! The views were amazing! I loved the easy beach access and the cottage was clean and comfortable.

This house was very cute and clean. The beds were comfy and the room set up was perfect for our group. The location was 2ish block from beach access with stairs and a (steep) ramp. A great place to stay!

The cottage is not only aesthetically pleasing but also well-organized and impeccably clean, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The attention to detail truly shines through in every aspect of the property. I also want to commend Janel for being an exceptional host. Her responsiveness and helpfulness from the booking process until our departure did not go unnoticed. The recommendations she provided on local activities and places to visit added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. The ease of access to the cottage and the self check-in process further streamlined our experience, allowing us to settle in quickly and make the most of our time there.

A beautiful home with a beautiful view of the ocean. An easy walk to the beach, and great sand toys for the kids to use. Clean and comfortable! We enjoyed cooking fresh fish to frozen pizzas in Nhi's well equipped kitchen! It was really nice to have the kids friendly dinner ware as well as stools for them in the bathrooms. Something that's helpful to know, as it's hard to get a feel for a house from pictures: The extra bathroom is in the room with the bunk beds. The main bathroom is in the hall between the two main bedrooms.

happy to return to Annie’s second cottage after staying in her other one years ago, it was quiet, private, & had everything we needed for a couple great days a the coast!

Cute little place! Has lots of fun stuff to do around. There is no TV. But the fire pit made up for it.

This place was super cute and an easy walk to the beach. We loved the deck and yard which were so peaceful. The house was charming and cozy. Manzanita has a ton of cute places to eat and the Friday farmer’s market was a treat.

We loved the location and beachy cabin feel of the house , the living space was open and the couch was super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of movies and games available. We would definitely stay here again!
