Mysigt litet hus, 10 m från sjön, 10 min utanför Nora. Altan, bastu, egen badplats, brygga och roddbåt. Solnedgångar avnjutes bäst i hammocken på bryggan (sommartid). Huvudbyggnaden är nybyggd 2021 med nytt och fräscht kök och badrum. Vedeldad kamin. Öppen, ljus planlösning. Stora fönster och glasdörrar mot sjön. Nybyggd bastu (klar att använda), men utsida och lusthus är fortfarande under byggnation. Lugnt område med närhet till skog med fina stigar, bl.a. Bergslagsleden. Golfbana ca 3km bort.

Det är ca 3 km till Gustavsvik äventyrsbad och ca 5 km till Örebro city. Mataffärer och apotek finns nära, till Mariebergs köpcentrum är det 4 km.
