Private jetty for meals directly by the water and swimming jetty directly adjacent to the plot (about 50 meters below the house). The rowing boat seats 4-6 people and fishing gear is available.

Here, you can stay in a house close to all amenities, a quiet but central residential area in a new-old cottage. In the basement (30 m2) there is a bathroom and laundry room, on the entrance floor (30 m2) there is a kitchen, living room with a bed cabinet and a toilet. Upstairs (25 m2) there is a double bed, two single beds and a toilet. To the center it is 2 km, 300 m to the university, 600 m to the nearest grocery store and 2 km to Gustavsvik.
