Summer cottage idyll with direct lake location and all amenities. Secluded and private location with unobstructed views in the west (sun all afternoon and evening) but at the same time the cottage is also part of a small village where there is a soccer field, playground for the smaller children and a larger common swimming area with rocks (about 5 minutes' walk). Private jetty for meals directly by the water and swimming jetty directly adjacent to the plot (about 50 meters below the house). The rowing boat seats 4-6 people and fishing gear is available.

Lilla Lindås

Lilla Lindås is a house from 1867 with a lot of charm and old saved details. The house is located in the village of Lunger and about 1.5 km from two nice beaches at Hjälmaren where there are, among other things, a sauna and barbecue areas. A nice nature reserve is within walking distance. In the village there is also a nice country shop. The house has an old style but equipped with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The stairs to the upper floor are original, steep and worn but working. The house has one double bedroom and a sleeping loft with two beds.

Newly built sauna (ready to use), but the outside and gazebo are still under construction. Quiet area with proximity to forest with nice paths, including Bergslagsleden. Golf course about 3km away.

The cottage has a large south-facing veranda overlooking the forest, fields and lake. Nature offers a rich animal and bird life. At the beach, there is a swimming jetty, a sauna and good opportunities for fishing. The surroundings invite you to go cycling and hiking. A perfect place for both rest and activities. A uniqe cottage at a small farm 200 m from Hjälmaren. We try to walk as light on earth as possible. The environment is perfect for relaxing nature experiences. On the farm we keep, cows, chickens, geese, ducks a dog and two cats and bees. Possibilty to rent an inflatable kajak with 1-3 seats and/or a SUP. " Et veldig koselig sted. The granary

Unwind in this unique and peaceful place to stay. You can still see traces of the building’s past as a grain storehouse from the mid-1800s — like the wide floorboards upstairs. When it was carefully turned into a home in the 2000s, the old loading openings were turned into bay windows to let in more light and offer a view, all while keeping the original timber frame intact. On the farm, you'll find a dog and some friendly sheep, and free-range chickens.
