Welcome to our lakeside gem with all the comforts! 135 sqm winterized cottage with municipal water and sewage and fully-equipped kitchen. Here's everything you need from shower, bathtub and washing machine to TV and fireplace for rainy days. If it is hot, there is A/C and a jetty that is shared with the neighbors, 2 minutes' walk from the house. In the large bedroom, there is a double bed (180 cm) and a 105 cm bed. In the small bedroom, there is a 140 cm bed. The sofa in the living room is easily made into two additional beds

Here you can experience the silence and take a break from life. Close to nature and swimming. In the house, there is an electric sauna and access to a spa bath outside. At our own lake, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and swimming in the lake, why not a trip on the lake with the raft in silence. Access to 2 bicycles is available, for a ride in the surroundings. No smoking indoors in the entire property, smoking outdoors allowed. In winter, we charge a fee of SEK 200 for ice hole making if guests wish to swim in the winter

Only 30 minutes from Örebro city center. With direct proximity are Kilsbergen's hiking trails, MTB tracks, ski trails, swimming areas and with its fantastic trail network that offers a varied terrain over magical forests, magnificent viewpoints and beautiful lakes. Towards autumn, there are plenty of berries and mushrooms.

The stove is available to fire with your own firewood. Lake Hjälmaren can be seen through the treetops. 2 women's bicycles are available to borrow. Many nice golf courses nearby.
