The "Les Dourioux" gîte is a peaceful, spacious and friendly haven. 10 minutes from La Draye (cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding), 35 minutes from the resorts: Les Orres, Crevoux, Réallon. Summer and winter hikes from the house. A place that is both surrounded by nature but close to the amenities of the town of Embrun and Lake Serre-Ponçon (10 minutes), to discover water activities.

le gîte mesure 95 m2, il est composé d’ un grand espace de vie avec cuisine ouverte, salle à manger, salon et poêle à pellets. Les portes donnent sur la terrasse et le jardin.. Une salle d’eau et un toilettes viennent compléter le rez de chaussée . Sur deux étages, vous accéderez à 3 chambres (2 lits doubles et 4 lits simples ou 8 lits simples) et 2 autres salles d’eau . Vous trouverez aussi une borne de recharge voiture et un sauna et une salle commune bibliothèque/ludothèque.

Located on the ground floor of a recent residence, our 45 m2 apartment has a terrace and a garden ideal for children who will play under the supervision of parents! The Les Cristallines*** residence is central: less than 250 m from the center of the resort and access to the slopes (via the escalators, it's even faster!) and right across the street from the Piou Piou garden. The residence also has a concierge and a warm common room with billiards, fireplace and panoramic terrace!
