The yard is completely fenced, and private on all sides. The yard has a 16x16 sundeck with lounge chairs, towels, floats, and beach chairs. There is also an adult size swing set, cornhole, and a waterfall. This house is a perfect get away. Great place for families with children. Toys, wii, and beach supplies are also provided.

This is the 3rd time Jason and I have booked Chris's place at the seahorse. Very boater freindly if you have a ski or a small to mid size boat. There is a hose to clean your vessel off and if you fish, a station to clean your catch. The place is quiet and neighbors are nice. Great location and close to boat ramps and bars and restaurants for post water fun. We love coming here.Definitely going to continue being a guest at Chris's place.

This apartment was perfect for my family of four. We had so much fun on the beach! We saw so many sea turtles and wildlife around the property. Carolyn and Mike were so friendly and had lots of local food recommendations. We especially loved the German cafe! The apartment had everything we needed. The pull out couch was comfy for our two kids. Thank you so much for hosting us. We’ll be back!!

Lauren was a very accommodating host. We had a very special family gathering that couldn’t have been more magical. There were more amenities than mentioned and the garage was filled with everything we needed for time in the beach just steps out the back door. Everyone slept comfortably and we fixed meals every night in the large and open kitchen area. I highly recommend this home for a real beach house experience.

The description on AirBnB undersold this place. Very comfortable, garage space very functional (even if you don't have cars), good supply of dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. in the kitchen. Super clean. Everything worked. Key Lime pie in the fridge over the top. Loved the location near Bon Steele Park and the river access on property. North Jetty of Sebastian Inlet was closed while we were there so we missed that. Alan knows his stuff regarding fishing this area!
