Vacation rentals with beach access in Orašac

Cet appartement est incroyable sur tous les plans. Je suis restée 28 jours et je n’ai jamais regretté cette location ! Sa localisation est parfaite ! Il suffit de descendre et quitter le bâtiment pour accéder à tous les services proposés dans les alentours (restaurants, boulangerie, boutiques…). À mon arrivée, le logement était chauffé et très propre. Les chauffages fonctionnent très bien ! La cuisine est fonctionnelle. Il y a de quoi faire le ménage, beaucoup de linges de lit et de serviettes. Il y a un étendoir et une machine à laver. Vos vêtements sèchent très vite grâce au chauffage. Bref, tous les éléments ont été réunis afin que je passe un excellent séjour à Tivat !

В середині є все необхідне для проживання на будь який термін - хороший інтернет, великий телевізор, електрична плита і духова шафа, бойлер, холодильник, навіть за кілька годин на вимогу нам принесли морозильну камеру, в загальному доступі є пральна машина і сушильна машина для одягу. В кухні є різна посуда високої якості, все чисто і охайно. Також без проблем в загальному доступі є хороший пилосос і електро прибори для вологого прибирання підлоги, чим ми були дуже задоволені оскільки відпочивали з дітьми. Ліжка широкі, зручні для. Окрема подяка Барбарі, Берджит і всім з їх родини - зустріли, швидко поселили і при виселенні дали можливість затриматись на кілька годин. Великий плюс що на місці завжди хтось з них. При поселенні в холодильнику нас очікувала пляшка води, молоко, фрукти і сирна та мʼясна нарізка, також були сіль цукор, кава і цукерки. Бріджит - ваша кава була найсмачнішою з тих що приходилось раніше пити💐🇭🇷♥️🇺🇦

Roberta made us feel like family! She was so kind and helpful! When we arrived, Roberta greeted us with a smile, she was so kind and delightful. The apartment was spotless and decorated with antiques and family treasures. The location was beautiful and very convenient. The view from my bedroom window was spectacular. Roberta and her family are wonderful hosts. If I ever vacation again in Korcula I will definitely stay here again. Simply magical!

Couldn’t recommend Jessica’s place more highly! The balcony view over the ocean is gorgeous. The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walking to two grocery stores as well as the beach. The wifi worked perfectly for video calls (digital nomad recommended) and the air conditioning is strong. Jessica is a wonderful host; communicating promptly and providing both local recommendations as well as clean laundry for the unit. Whenever I’m in Dubrovnik, I will be staying here.

Wir waren zu zweit einige Tage in diesem wunderbaren Apartment. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten direkt am Apartment parken. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war perfekt sauber, mit allem was man sich wünscht ausgestattet und alles wie beschrieben. Es ist in Realität viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Kommunikation mit Filip und seiner Mama war prima. Der Strand und das blaue Meer vor dem Balkon ist einfach traumhaft. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und werden sicher wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Nenad is such a lovely host. The studio flat is spotless, conveniently located and very peaceful, very nice view from the balcony. Nenad's recommendations for places to eat were spot on and he also helped us with the airport transfers. We had a very interesting conversation about the history of Montenegro too :)

Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung. Das Meer ist toll und man kann zu jeder Zeit einfach reinspringen. Die Nachbarn sind meist Einheimische und machen dort mit ihren Familien Urlaub. Alle sehr nett und entspannt. Kinderlieb! Filip war immer erreichbar für uns und seine Mama ist ein Schatz. Sie brachte Gemüse, Krebse aus dem Meer zum Anschauen und fragte stets, ob sie etwas für uns tun kann. Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was conveniently located in a more private area, but also a several minute walk to the tourist scene. Through all of the tourists, we felt more tucked away with the locals, which was so nice. This was the one place we really debated on extending our trip for! Ivona communicated exactly the steps to get to our location and provided tons of great restaurants, activities, and attractions!

Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

A real gem of a place with a fabulous view over the bay from the balcony. Away from the hustle and bustle of the centre which is walkable in about an hour or there is a bus.

The Airbnb was a blissful, well-situated reprieve. The heated floors were a nice bonus. We were provided with a full walkthrough of the unit upon check-in and questions and requests during our stay were answered promptly. He also assisted with a car rental and the process was seamless. The private beach is more of a dock and is adjacent to another dock, that of the neighbour's. We would definitely return to Frano's in the future.

Me and my 70year old mum had a great week at Markos house. The way is directly by the sea and you have to step over some rocks and might get wet if it's too windy.Also there are many stairs if you want to go to the store so you gotta be quite fit. Just be prepared for an adventure. If you're there, its beautiful! If it's not too windy you can easily swim directly in front of the house,the water is clear and you can watch the stars at night and listen to only the waves and nature,really peaceful. I've stayed at many airbnbs before and met many nice hosts but I have to say Marko was just perfect.He picked us up at the airport by car and got us and our luggage to the house by boat.Went grocery shopping for us 2 times.Picked us up at the middle of the beach and got us home when we got lost on our way back on our first evening.Always easy to reach.Always really nice.He really did everything to make it as beautiful as possible for us.Thank you so much, Marko! It was a great experience! :)

Die Gastfreundlichkeit von Marina ist besonders hervorzuheben. Ich kam nach 22 Uhr von der Autofähre an und wurde von Marina und ihrem Mann bereits vor dem Haus empfangen, um mich willkommen zu heißen, mir mit dem Gepäck zu helfen und mir die Wohnung zu zeigen. Ich wurde mit einem Imbiss und Wein begrüßt und den wichtigsten Informationen. Marina teilte wichtige Infos, Empfehlungen und Sehenswertes per WA. Ich kann dahingehend die Bewertungen vollinhaltlich wiederholen. Als Gastgeberin ist Marina einfach spitze! Die Unterkunft selbst ist auch toll! Jede Menge Platz und bestens ausgestattet mit einer schönen großen Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer . Private Ruhelage mit wenigen Schritten zur Promenade, die in ein paar Minuten ins Zentrum führt. Dieses Airbnb und ganz besonders die Gastgeberqualitäten gehören zu den besonders Empfehlenswerten für mich! Danke Marina !

A beautiful townhouse in the heart of Korçula old town. The house was very cosy and perfect for spending a couple of days in town. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and perfectly suited for our family with 3 kids. Vladimir and Jelena were very friendly and helpful hosts. Korçula is truly a spectacular and beautiful town well worth a visit.

Wij zijn hier 5 jaar geleden al eerder geweest. De locatie aan het water is overweldigend mooi. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om je te verplaatsen. De woning is opgesplitst in twee losse units. je deelt de locatie dus met andere huurders. Wij vonden dit geen probleem. Wij hebben alleen maar leuke mensen ontmoet. Ik hoop nog eens een keer terug te komen!

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Charming and peaceful place to stay with amazing view and large rooms. We generously received an upgrade to a larger apartment. Very helpful and friendly hosts. We're grateful for everything and looking forward to visit again.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is perfect, offering both convenience and beautiful views. The space was clean and functional, making it feel even more comfortable. The host Djordje, was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. Ruhige Lage, umgeben von Gärten, dennoch zu Fuß schnell bei Hafen, Geschäft, Restaurant. In der Sommerhitze sicher angenehme Temperatur innen aufgrund der dicken Mauern des Hauses und der mit Pflanzen überdachten Terasse. Zum FKK-Strand, der groß und schön gelegen ist, ca 10 min Fußweg. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Natalia war sehr hilfsbereit bei verschiedensten Anliegen und gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

We loved staying here and hope to return. The location was perfect, far enough outside the centre of Dubrovnik to be a slower pace of holiday. Everything was right on the doorstep, we enjoyed the walk around the bay everyday and swimming in the sea. The boat trip with Bruno was a real highlight and he took great care over our trip. We hired paddleboards on a couple of occasions too, it's very safe, calm and enjoyable way to explore the bay. Being upstairs the apartment felt quite private and has a lovely view from the balcony across the bay, we liked seeing the swifts flying around and the fish in the water too. Anita and family were very helpful and responsive throughout our stay and arranged airport transfers. The apartment is really modern and a relaxing place to stay - wouldn't hesitate to recommend, thanks so much for a great stay!

Ich traue mich fast gar nicht, eine so gute Bewertung abzugeben, da sonst die Wahrscheinlichkeit steigt, dass die Unterkunft ausgebucht ist, wenn wir das nächste Mal kommen wollen 🙈 Die 4 Wochen, in Lukas Apartment waren echt super schön! Das Apartment ist sehr schön, die Lage ist super und Luka ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Host! Es gab sogar ein Willkommens-Leckerli für unseren Hund, der die Fußbodenheizung in der Küche sehr genossen hat 😊 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! PS: das WLAN ist sogar weitaus schneller, als Luka es angibt.

This apartment is a very cozy place to stay in a good location, walking distance to the center of Tivat, and close to the beach. It was spotless clean and had everything necessary inside. The bed was comfortable, too. The host is very helpful, and speaks good English. Definitely recommend It for the nice stay in Tivat.
