This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

The Barnbrook House

Come relax in the serenity of the quiet countryside. This home boasts beautiful views, a large stone fireplace, and stained glass windows throughout the home. Enjoy the comforts of home with a full kitchen, amenities, and beds with 1500 thread count sheets while exploring the interesting features of this one of a kind house. Sit by the spring fed pond overlooking the property laced with apple trees. The home has direct access to short walking trails and is close to VAST trails for snowmobiling.

Propane fridge, lighting and stove and also an outdoor grill. No electric. No running water but water is provided and available. There is an OUTHOUSE. Hiking, mountain biking, relax....experience VT. Nestled in the mountains with a beautiful pond right outside your door. We reside on the property yet a fair distance from the cabin.

In a secluded, hand-crafted off the grid cabin, come and enjoy the elements with us at Drift Farmstead. A 3-minute walk leads you through gardens and pasture, to Ravenwood, a small, intimate cabin with everything you need. Be it an extended weekend tucked in seclusion, amongst the birds, river and trees, or find the comforts of a 37 acre small farm nestled in the mountains and settle in, working from afar. Top shelf skiing at Sugarbush is near, along with Vermont's finest grub and beer.

Fairytale cabin at The Wild Farm

Lay in bed and look out the huge picture window at the farm. You might see cats climbing trees, hummingbirds, snowflakes falling, lightning storms and many more beautiful moments. We have a Wolf, don't be alarmed she is as friendly as can be and will greet you and escort you to the cabin. If you like nature, animals, walking in the forest, cuddling up by the wood stove, then this is the place for you. The cabin is surrounded by gorgeous perennial gardens. Cozy converted artists’ studio, tucked in the hills at the end of a country road. Open the French door to views of a sprawling garden and rolling fields, alight with fireflies in the spring and bursting with color in the fall. Warm yourself by the wood burning stove after winter fun or unwind with a local microbrew by the fire pit, listening to the Whippoorwills on a summer evening. Beautiful in all seasons, this modern, comfy cottage is the perfect place to get away from it all.

Wright’s Mountain Retreat

A perfect romantic getaway, this secluded property sits on a private 10-acre lot located off from a well-maintained dirt road. The home sits on an open knoll with beautiful views and surrounding pastures. Recently remodeled, it features a private indoor infrared Sauna. Cell phone service is limited but WiFi is available. Located minutes from the Wright’s Mountain / Devil’s Den Town Forest hiking trail, named a National Scenic Trail in 2018. This is a non-smoking property.

Camping on a Private Pond

A serene place in nature to unplug and unwind. It's private and quiet with the exception of the sound of the running brook. (NO WIFI or CELL service at the cabin) May come to the house if you need to get in touch during your stay. There is local hiking and two large lakes close by. Farmer's markets and acclaimed theatre are available throughout the Fall Season along with local beer-fests. Most of all, we have one of the most stunning foliage seasons in the country!

Come stay in the beautiful Mad River Valley! Our guest house named the Little House is surrounded by forest and 3.5 miles from the town of Waitsfield. Located on the North East corner of our farmland you'll find yourself less than a mile from our Farm Store where you can stock up on our organic cheeses, yogurts, and meats or beer, wine, and other provisions from over 40 local producers. Enjoy a quiet vacation or a skiing, hiking, biking, or rafting adventure!

Our split level, has basic mini fridge, for cooking: microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric tea pot, and grill outside. Our finished basement guest suite is on a country road, 4 miles from Interstate 89. 4 miles from MacDonalds 2miles from two country stores 6 miles from regional hospital Grazing cattle, and horses nearby. Working 600 acre farm borders our property. Silloway Maple Sugarhouse within walking or bicycling distance.
