Townhome vacation rentals in Orange County

This house was great for our group, it's a fairly open space and worked really well for a family get together. It was clean and functional! The neighborhood is quiet, and has a few playgrounds, open green spaces, and nice walking trails nearby.

Extremely clean, convenient and comfortable. Although the street out front is a bit busy, the sidewalk is well back and elevated from the street. The lovely courtyard in the back is very private. More than enough room for us, an adult son, and a dog. Would stay again.

Peaceful, spacious, uncluttered home in a lovely, quiet, tree-filled residential neighborhood. Easy 10-minute drive to stores, Duke campus and downtown Durham, plus walking/running trails nearby. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space and privacy, washer/dryer, and convenient parking. Sliding doors to back deck provide fresh air. Pool and front and back decks would be nice in a warmer month. Not luxurious, and kitchen has limited items and small fridge, but provides for all basic needs and the price was excellent.

Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Great for walking your dog. Nadia was delightful. Very responsive to solving a couple of minor issues. We totally enjoyed our stay.

This is a great location close to Carrboro's central hub of shops and restaurants. It is a clean and spacious unit that has every comfort you could be looking for. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at Dale's place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Dale's was incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. We even asked to stay another night last minute and he was more than accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Laurie has a great home and a perfect rental for a larger family or a small group of adults. Lots of nice indoor and outdoor seating, great kitchen for cooking, convenient location for Chapel Hill and Durham. Great communication with Laurie throughout. Comfortable beds, nice décor, and a wonderful bonus is the 3 full bathrooms plus half bath - a very rare find! We will definitely stay here again during our next trip to North Carolina. If you are deciding between getting 2 hotel rooms or an AirBNB - you cannot go wrong with this whole-home offering as it offers convenience, comfort, and much better amenities than a hotel in a quiet neighborhood in a peaceful forest setting. Everything that you'd want in a stay with a responsive and hospitable host!

Very nice and very clean apartment. Lots of space for a big family. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Good location. The first time tv in the living room did not work and the host did not answer to our messages relating to it but the second time the TV was fixed.

We stayed at Martha's townhome for a month. It's in a nice development with ample parking space and beautiful walking trails. The townhome itself is nicely decorated with mementos from Martha's many trips. Martha was very responsive. If you are looking for a place in Chapel Hill or Durham, this is an easy decision.
