KC is an excellent host!! The property was beautiful!! Enjoyed the outdoor dining and seating options. Absolutely lovely place to relax and enjoy the views. Everything was set up for our evening campfire and s’mores by the pond. KC had great recommendations for local places of interest. The house had everything we needed and more…lots of extra items available in case you forget things…which we did and were so thankful and a pantry that was stocked with many extras! Truly next level stay!

We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it. Privacy but close to French Lick and Wilstem Wildlife Park. There are plenty of games to keep the kids busy and space to play. You can’t beat relaxing on the porch at the end of the day listening to music on the Bluetooth speaker and enjoying the view.

This was our second time staying here. I don’t want to leave a good review so it’s not always booked up lol! Karen is very easy to get in touch with. The cabin is private, clean, and unmatched scenery. We will, of course, be going back!

Amazing, fell in love with the place and people almost immediately. Super friendly, great conversation/community. Interesting guest from all over & from all walks of life. The library is also super cute. Neat Art studio-(come and be creative)-The whole place is quaint and I also love the expansions and growth for the future. Guest are encouraged to leave a mark( art, literature, or improve nature),just leave it better than you found it. Can’t wait to come back, we already have so many great ideas. So glad we found this place.

An incredibly unique experience in beautiful natural surroundings with just about the nicest people you’ll ever come across! Host was very accommodating with our arrival time. The place was exactly as described- fanciful and eclectic. People attracted to this place are equally interesting and friendly. We got an impromptu tour of the labyrinth (she called it a faerie trail) by the youngest member of the hostel family. If you want a unique “glamping” experience- look no further. If you need traditional amenities, this may not be the place for you. As for us, we loved it! We got to sleep in a bed that looked like a ginormous bird nest and contribute our poem to the guest book. Our only regrets are that we missed the communal evening meal, and didn’t have enough time to fully explore the property.

Dave and Wendy were excellent hosts and their property was the perfect spot for our bachelor party. Even with the weather preventing some outdoor activities, there were still plenty of amenities on the property to keep us entertained and plenty of space to accommodate everybody.

Dave and Wendy were amazing hosts for our church annual men's retreat. They were easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our needs. The property was perfect for our group and had everything we needed for a successful retreat. We can't wait to come back next year and would highly recommend staying with them. Everything was great and we had an excellent experience.
