Newly built beautiful apartment in Stølen Ski Lodge 7 minutes drive from Oppdal centrum. Right by Stølen ski center with the possibility of ski-in/ski-out for both alpine and cross country skiing. Perfect for mountain hiking and hunting. High standard with heating in the living room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and laundry room. Enjoy views of the mountains with a cuppa around our round dining table or BBQ marshmallows on the terrace . We would like to have children visit and have both an IKEA baby chair, baby bed, toys and games that would like to be used.

The apartment is in the city center with what the city center has to offer in a radius of 50-400 meters. Nearest ski center, Hovden is 600 meters away with access to Oppdals eldorado of ski terrain and lifts. The tenant will bring their own towels , bedclothes and sheets. All beds have mattress protector. Soap, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies are in the apartment. The tenant is responsible for their own cleaning. 25 year age limit for the tenant. Partying and noise are not allowed as this is a condominium with several residents in the building.

The bed is a family bunk bed that can accommodate 3 guests. There is a collapsible dining table that can easily be brought out and removed to provide more floor space.

The apartment is delicately decorated, and well equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a family bunk, 140 cm + 90 cm. Newly refurbished apartment in older building in fantastic surroundings. Short way to Åmotan with 3 waterfalls, good opportunities for trips nearby. Nice starting point for Nordmøre's answer to the pulpit, Ekkertind. The apartment is about 40 m2, ceiling height in bedrooms is low, about 175-180 cm. The bedroom has two beds, 150 cm and 120cm respectively. There is room for 2 adults and 2 children, but we recommend max 3 people The tenant bring their own bedding. Bed linen can be rented for NOK 120 per person.

Cozy annex (brown) for rent at Oppdal

Awesome annex at Oppdal. Short road to both Stølen /Hovden/Slettvoldheisen which runs until 11 o'clock and drive straight into the transport trail to Hovden in winter. In summer there are lots of activities at Oppdal with canyon hiking, mosquito safari, rafting and great mountain hikes nearby or in Trollheimen. Up to 5 people can stay in the annex. Prefer to rent to family and not to smoke and preferably not animals. The Annex is located at the top of Haldo Kalvhåggåns väg no. 42. NB! it is not WIFI
