it was only a night stay this time but will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this place.

The place is easy to find and with lots of amenities. Our kids enjoyed the pool even during daytime. They also have comfortable rooms with aircon. They have comfort rooms in every floor so you wont worry in going downstairs. The staff also is very approachable. Overall, the place feels like home.

We had a fantastic 3-day stay at this place! The unit was exactly as described and pictured - comfortable, clean, and cozy. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The host/agent did a great job of maintaining the space, and everything was just as expected. The amenities were convenient, and the location was perfect for our needs. I had a wonderful stay in this three-bedroom Airbnb in Cagayan de Oro! The house was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing all the comforts of home. Ms. Naphy was incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Cagayan de Oro.

We had a smooth-sailing stay in CDO because of Ms. May’s great hosting. She was very generous to accept our requests on check-in and check-out time and was very accommodating to our whole family during our entire stay. She constantly suggested things to do, places to visit, and offered to go with us (and offered us a ride) in most of our activities. You wouldn’t expect a place to be as good as the price she offers—you really get the value for your money. The house was clean too and the subdivision was top-tier, peaceful, executive. We really felt at home and I am now offering her place to our relatives who will come visit CDO soon. Nice to meet you tita May hehe hope to see you again sometime in the future!

i did not stay myself, i rented for my in-laws to bring kids there is no wifi/tv ..so if you have kids take note maybe not best...but for adult looking to get away sounds great to me! there is store nearby for food the kids really liked the pool and said they had fun the beach...beautiful and fun for fire and watching waves but a bit rocky for kids to play in, but there are other sandy beaches nearby host was very cool and friendly i will stay there myself when i make it back to phils with my wife, but feedback seems to be its better for adult vacation

Joel and Jarid have been amazing. It's my 2nd stay at their property now. I went there with my family. Jarid went above and beyond for me, even sorting out transportation options to and from the property. Which was a massive help. The property itself is fantastic. When i stayed there a few years ago, there was no pool. Now, there is. The upstairs balcony is also fantastic and a great breath of fresh air. There's no property/Airbnb like this place in Cagayan de Oro. Tonnes of character and a genuinely homely place. Whether you're going with just family like me, or going with a large group of friends, i heavily recommend this Joel/Jarid's place.

Mabale Homestead has become my second home while I am visiting family in CDO. This was my fourth long term stay. Always very clean with all the household items you will need. Air con in bedrooms are amazing! Water cooler in the kitchen is a blessing on hot days and the WiFi is consistent (I am able to VPN to USA for work every day). The house is quite spacious with a great room where the family can congregate together while cooking, eating, and gathering in the sitting area. Ate Alice and her beautiful family have become good friends and we enjoy our time with them very much (and don’t forget the dogs!) Centrally located in Nazareth, it is very easy to get everywhere in CDO! Susie is great and we are very appreciative of her flexibility and kindness. Highly recommend this space in CDO! And I look forward to returning later this year for the holidays! Thank you Alice and Susie! We will be back!!

We have 2 indoor cats with us and the place is just so perfect. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The place can also accommodate plenty of people comfortably. Overall a perfect place to stay if you have pets.

Communication with the owner was great. Always quick to respond to my messages. Everything went well and was also helpful, such as the earlier check-in. Since my family stayed nearby, the location of the house was optimal for us. It takes a little more time to get to the Uptown. We were satisfied. Thank you, I'd love to come back.

We booked this place for our seven seas travel. Marilyn’s place is located very close to lots of stores and the market which is very convenient during our stay. The host is also friendly and responsive.

The brick house was amazing. Linens were clean, bathrooms were clean, kitchen was fully equipped, and the overall place looked amazing. Felt like we were overseas. The water dam behind the house was also very nice to listen to at night. Overall the place was GREAT! A bit on the expensive side but it’s 100% worth it.
