Vacation rentals in Općina Vrsi

We had a very nice stay. We arrived with a dog and child and had a great impression from the beginning. The property is fenced so it was no problem with the dog. Ana and co were very attentive and left a few treats in the kitchen after the long drive. The place is well equipped, so you could really relax while at the same time it never got boring. Each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom, which leads to a lot of privacy in a shared vacation for three parties. The house was very clean and super equipped, especially with many bath and tea towels. With a pool, sports room, baseball hoop and ping pong table, you always had something to do. The availability of terrace with loungers, barbecue area, two outdoor seating and a large lawn with beautiful fruit trees and views of the sea in the distance with beautiful sunsets was great. A clear recommendation!

Roza was a very lovely host always willing to help. We had a lovely time there, the location is just perfect 😍 Only the fridge is a little too small and an oven would have been great. Overall, we were satisfied and would like to go there again

We had a wonderful time in Ljubac, I’d definitely recommend it. The hosting family was absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It was so good to have a pool and a Jacuzzi, the kids loved it too, jumping into the pool the whole time and it really felt very luxurious in a quiet area with great views on the nearby beach and the mountains in the background. We had the ground floor apartment which has 3 bedrooms and a very spacious living room with dining and kitchen together. There are 2 pull-out couches in the living room to sleep on also. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have an air-conditioning, as the weather was very hot when we were there in August. There’s a small shop nearby in walking distance (10 mins) where you can buy essentials and in the nearby small harbour (7 min walk) at the beach bar we got very nice coffees.

We had a great time with 4 adults and a 2 year old girl at Milan‘s apartment. We can 100% recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful villa, 50m from a small beach. We loved the garden and the terrace which we could enjoy even though it was the week before Easter and not always sunny. The village and the bay are secluded enough to feel very private but there are nice little towns (especially Nin) and great restaurants within 10-15min driving distance. We can only recommend this place to any family.

The house was very nice and very quiet Great for two people. From the veranda we enjoyed the view of the sea and the sunsets. The beach (not pebbles) is a few minutes away by foot with a nice walk on the sea. We'll be back

We had a great stay at Teas place. The house is like described on the pictures. Very tidy and clean. Huge Ground and house, Tea is always available when you have any question. The distance to Zadar is only available with car or Uber but Uber is not as expensive (10-15€ per ride). The pool is very nice and the kitchen has everything you need. I would definitely recommend it.

After we got there, the lady welcomed us and gave a gift to our children. Communication was easy, helpful, gave us tips, recommendations. The accommodation is in a quiet place close to the beach, there is a convenience store where you can get the basics. The sea is shallow, slowly deepening, specifically child-friendly. You can wallow, search for shells, catch crabs. Zadar is close, from there is a boat trip, a more lively life, and everything is available. Thank you for your hospitality!
