Apartment A1 is situated on the ground floor of the Guesthouse Mandarina with private entrance with terrace fully equipped with outdoor furniture in seating area at the very entrance. There are two bedrooms, one is the master bedroom, and the other is with double bed. The appartment is ideally suited for four persons ideal famillies, two couples or handful friends. Rudić 1- Sunrise on the beach

Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu kuće pored mora, u ribarskom mjestu Tkonu, na otoku Pašmanu. S kopnom je povezan trajektnim linijama koje vam omogućuju posjet obližnjim nacionalnim parkovima. Tkon ima tržnicu, trgovine, market Tommy, kafiće, restorane, igrališta za djecu, liječnika i ljekarnu. Na plaži nema gužve, a za još ugodniji boravak na plaži, na raspolaganju su vam i ležaljke, prostirke za ležaljke i ručnici za plažu. Ispred kuće, u moru možete privezati i manji brod.

Apartman je u strogom centru Biograda na Moru. Turizmom se bavimo još od 1950 godine. Apartman je kompletno opremljen : klima, frižider sa zamrzivačem, pećnica, perilica rublja, perilica posuđa, max tv, Netflix, HBO, wifi itd...U samoj blizini od 100 metara nalazi se plaža Dražica koja je ujedno i najljepša plaža Biograda, te je dobila plavu zastavu za najljepše plaže Jadrana. Oko nas su također i brojne trgovine, kafići, restorani, banke i sve ostalo.
