Our place is ideal palce to enjoy summer with an outdoor swimming pool, garden, wooden table and grill. It's perfect for large family or group of friends. House consists of 2 apartments and is always rent to one group of people. It has many unique custom designed features such as fireplace. 20 km from coast, Muntrilj is excellent starting point to explore Istria. Villa has four bedrooms, 2 kitchen, 2 dining rooms, 2 living rooms and 2 family bathrooms. Little shop is 4 km away. Come and enjoy;)

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus mit tollem, sauberen Pool. Die Möbel sind hochwertig, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gewühlt. Die Klimaanlagen haben anfangs nicht gekühlt, nach einer Email wurde aber umgehend ein Techniker geschickt, der den Fehler behoben hat. Wir können das Haus zu 100 % empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa. The house is great with comfy beds and great facilities, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. Mirjana and her family were fantastic hosts and really helpful, and even bought round cheese, meats and pancakes. Their restaurant is only a couple of doors down and absolutely delicious so be sure to take a visit there. Definitely would come back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Sara, c'est celle que nous avons préféré de tout notre séjour en Croatie ! C'est un havre de paix au milieu des oliviers, au calme, et il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place : un barbecue et une table d'extérieur, une terrasse couverte, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et la literie est très confortable. La climatisation a été très appréciée car il a fait chaud. Sara est très réactive par l'application, nous avons pu échanger quand il y en avait besoin. Situation idéale pour visiter l'Istrie, je recommande !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez violeta. La maison est grande et très bien équipée (idéale pour notre groupe de 10 personnes), sans vis à vis, dans un village calme. La cuisine d'été est très pratique, le barbecue sur la terrasse est très appréciable, les deux salles de bain avec WC aussi (seul bémol, la lunette de toilette cassée dans un des toilettes), les chambres sont spacieuses, les 3 chambres de l'étage ont la clim, les 2 du rdc ont un ventilateur. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la grande piscine. Violeta est très accueillante avec boisson et petits gâteau à notre arrivée. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal pour visiter l'istrie et il y a un supermarché à 5 min de la maison.

Das Haus war sehr schön gelegen und hat alle Wünsche nach der Beschreibung erfüllt. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jedes Anliegen wurde sofort geklärt. Die Unterkunft ist für Gruppen bis 10 Personen perfekt geeignet und bietet alles was eine größere Gruppe benötigt. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst bei der Gastgeberin und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Wir haben wundervolle Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbringen dürfen. Alfea und Gabriele haben eine traumhafte Umgebung geschaffen, die zum Erholen einlädt. Wir wurden von Beiden herzlich empfangen und haben direkt wohl gefühlt. Zum Abschluss unserer Reise war der Aufenthalt ein echtes Highlight.
