Wunderschöne Villa. Extremely nice and uncomplicated hosts. Pool looks a little bigger in the photos and is completely in the shade from about 3pm. The kitchen was superbly furnished with pots, glasses and other kitchen utensils. The nearest small supermarket is about a 15-minute walk away, but offers only a small selection of food. I recommend a rental car as the villa is not very central.

My Dalmatia - Villa Providenca with heated pool

Ana was a superb host. She gave a great list of recommendations and was very responsive. We were given a lovely welcome basket on arrival. The villa itself was excellent and well equipped. Perfect for our party of 8 - plenty of space and never felt overcrowded. The only downside was the construction happening in front of the villa which slightly ruined the view from the balcony and made some noise during the day. Despite this, it was a very private and relaxing villa ground which is perfect for a week away on holiday. Just 15 mins from Zadar by car meaning the city is easily accessible but the location of the villa allows you to escape the business to relax

What a gorgeous house and setting. It was a beautiful house and garden - perfect for sunny days. The pool table is great for cooler days. Our hosts were there to greet us and made us feel very welcome with delicious food and wine in the house, which was fabulous after a long journey. They were excellent at communicating and gave us ideas on what to see and do in the area. They were happy to assist with anything. I would definitely recommend and would happily return. Thanks for a wonderful few days.

Luxury Ondina- beachfront retreat

Very clean, modern, practical accommodation with good bedding and everything you need in the accommodation. Small flaw, it is in the village and not with sea views, and maybe a certain proximity to the neighbors of the mobile home opposite. Unfortunately we did not have one at that time. Maja was a very pleasant and responsive host even at a late hour, we thank her. Very good stay in their home.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family of 4. The pool was clean and heated. The house was well equipped. There was a great grill available, but we didn't use it. The contact with our hosts was always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great time and attention on the day of arrival. Highly recommended from our side.

The Airbnb was exactly as shown in the photos, the welcome was great, already outside to welcome us. The place was super well located, the view was amazing. Day and night, life was peaceful. The apartment was super clean. The hosts don't speak a word of English or Croatian, only German, quite complicated to understand if you don't know any German…. Also plan for dishwasher detergent, soap, washing machine Otherwise amazing, no complaints :)

Cozy little apartment 2 min walk from the sea

Great quiet holiday destination. The house is cozy, has everything you need for your stay. Clean bed linen, lots of towels that were changed after a week. The yard has plenty of space for parking and a large terrace . The sea is 300 meters away, a large coastline for walking. There are many restaurants, bakeries and shops around. Thank you so much Neno and Vesna for our wonderful stay.

Villa "Romance"

Villa Romance was the perfect getaway after a busy few days in Dubrovnik. The facilities were great for 2 couples to unwind. Plenty of space to enjoy together and separately. The hosts welcomed us with homemade plum brandy which was delicious. We also had some lovely cakes in the fridge waiting for us. They were both very hospitable and gave us a warm welcome. We totally recommend Villa Romance for a relaxing stay.

We stayed at the place for a week. It is very modernly furnished and you have everything you need on site. From the balcony you can directly see the sea. The landlady is very nice and gave us a few recommendations for the area directly. If we had any questions or needed anything, she was always available. Can definitely recommend this place.

The apartment is quite small but comfortable and well equipped. It could have more storage space but that’s the only thing that could be improved. The location is very good, close to supermarket, restaurants and the beach. As for the parking situation, there was no parking space provided directly at the premises but we were given access to a hotel parking space instead. It was quite close to the apartment but it’s something that might be worth double checking with the host before you arrive. Ana as a host was very helpful and kind, good communication and availability. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended :)

Branka and her husband are lovely. They do everything to help and advise us. They provided us with bikes for the whole family, Branka kindly gave us laundry and brought us homemade cookies. The house is very well located, just at the entrance to the village where you can find everything (small shops, restaurants, boat rental, etc.). The sea is right across the street (remember to bring water shoes as there are rocks and not sand). The small street is closed to traffic from 6pm until the next morning to allow people to walk around Very family atmosphere. And the house is well located for visiting some parks (Krka, Vranko Jezero, Plakenica, Zrmania river rafting). Perfect for a week!! Thanks Branka and Marjan, our family loved their stay with you

Our stay was amazing. The apartment was very spacious, modern, well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. Communication with the host was great. Despite the lack of flexibility on check-in and check-out hours, the host kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment for a few hours after check-out. I can very much recommend.

Branimir helped where he could, and even went beyond that. He is very devoted in keeping the apartments up to the highest level of cleanliness and tidyness, and spends much more time cleaning than the cleaning fee would suggest. Apart from that I loved the peaceful and quiet environment in of the side street and the village altogether. You can walk everywhere, including the the neighbouring towns and the supermarket is just down the main road, too. Just be careful with the bus schedule. Not too many local busses on weekends and if you opt for Flixbus instead, make sure to book it some time in advance to not be overlooked by the driver and left standing at the bus stop. A slightly better way for directions: From the north (Zadar), turn right at the traffic lights and take the first street right again. From the south (Biograd) turn left at the traffic lights and take the first street on the right. House number 8 is marked at the postbox next to the wide green gate.

Very clean apartment with beautiful sea view and islands. Very nice terrace. Very clean and enjoyable pool. Thank you very much for the welcome and kindness of the hosts. Close to the sea on foot and a few restaurants. Ideally located for visiting Zadar and the surroundings. Lots of activities for children nearby (amusement park, tree climbing, treasure hunt in Zadar,etc.) Recommended at 100 per cent.

Dreamy temporary home – better than expected! Our stay with Estera exceeded all our expectations! The place was simply even more beautiful than in the pictures – modern, stylish and incredibly cozy. The heated pool was a highlight and a real treat, especially on the evening cooler October days. The views were also breathtaking and made every morning special. For dog owners the place is absolutely ideal! Our dog was just as welcome here as we were and everyone could really enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It was very quiet, and we had the perfect mix of recreation and nature. Estera was also a wonderful host – always accessible, super friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized, and we immediately felt at home. We can only recommend this property and would be happy to come back.

It’s such a beautiful house, very spacious and perfectly equipped. There is everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. Claudia and Jose are the best hosts ever. Very helpful and always available. Barotul is a small village with a supermarket where you get everyday products (fresh bread, butter, milk …) Next to the house there’s a farmer where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits. Also in walking distance you have two nice beach bars and a very good restaurant. The beach is amazing, sand and azure blue water! All in all it we had a wonderful stay.

Our hosts were extremely welcoming and approachable, always willing to help and ensure we didn't lack anything. The homeowner was friendly and extremely helpful. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. The house was very spacious and in good condition. Shopping, restaurant and beach are very quickly accessible (also by foot). The homeowner also organized us boat moorings.

We wanted to have a pleasure in our trip (Zadar and Sibenik) we found this accommodation between the two cities, a beautiful night stay since the direct access to the beach and the garden furniture delighted us.
