Vacation rentals in Općina Pićan

We spent eight days as a family of four in Nadia's apartment at the beginning of September. The price was unbeatable in the off-season. The apartment absolutely matched the pictures with a favorable layout, enough space, air conditioning and a nice outside area to sit together comfortably in the evening. The village of Pićan is quiet and very idyllic with great views, as if time had stood still here. The playground directly opposite was used extensively by the children. The good 30 minutes to the sea were acceptable due to the many other advantages. The small village shop directly below the apartment was extremely practical. Nadia and her husband Branco were very warm, helpful and friendly. The language barrier was easily overcome with Google Translate and English. We were spoiled with homemade cake and jam, among other things. We give full marks and definitely recommend the accommodation. Kind regards from Basti, Theresa, Isabelle and Tobi

Beautiful house, very neat and very clean, it smelled great and it was lovingly decorated. Great communication with Goran who went to great lengths to give us tips for restaurants and was always immediately available! We were a little surprised about the toilet situation as in most rooms there was an open toilet + shower without a door, this was not really apparent from the pictures. Unfortunately, the house is completely unsuitable for small children, lots of tripping hazards, open cables, etc. The most disappointing thing was the upper floor which had neither a door nor a wall around it, it is just an open attic with two beds, that should definitely be included in the description! For 4 couples without children a great house to spend a great vacation upstairs!

We loved our stay at Villa Cami. 4 adults and 3 children under 6 had a fantastic holiday. The house was incredible, as was the pool and grounds of the property. Istrialux were so helpful with my many requests, questions and queries leading up to our visit, they couldn't have done more to help us. The hosts, Emanuela & Sandi, were a pleasure and also so helpful with any issues we may have had. All in all, I couldn't fault anything and I am a fairly harsh critic when needed. I hope we return to Villa Cami next year and thanks once again to the Istrialux team and the wonderful hosts.

Everything perfect, very nice apartment - completely clean and tastefully decorated. All newly made and no unnecessary nipples. The pool is super nice and located directly opposite the apartment (you have to go to the other "side of the street", but the street is almost only a small path at the end of a dead end). Helena (the landlady) is super nice and accommodating, she made everything possible. Thank you for the wonderful week!

Beautiful little tin hut where you can feel comfortable even in bad weather. The air conditioning smells a little, but it makes it pleasantly warm. It was a lot of fun chatting with the landlord, who has experienced a lot and likes to talk about it.

We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. Mrs. Biserka and her family are very friendly hosts, they welcomed us as friends. We were greeted with homemade wine and cake cuglof (soft, lovely) and a gift when we left. The place is in a quiet place without noise, a real rest for the soul, and everything in the area was nice to see and visit. We'd love to go back to the suite. Biserka, thank you again

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet and picturesque place. The hosts were extremely helpful and likeable – they even brought us fresh tomatoes from their garden in between. We received a bottle of wine to welcome us, which was a very nice touch. The house is modernly decorated, yet it has retained its historic charm. The garden was pleasantly shaded almost all day which was perfect for the hot days. We were there with 5 adults and one toddler and would be happy to come back.

The house belongs to a loving family who welcomed us very warmly to their neighborhood. We enjoyed this unobtrusive friendly contact very much. The house and the small garden are spic and span and cozy. The area is perfect to unwind. For many, it's just a stopover, but it's worth staying longer and letting this place and the people have an effect on you. We had 9 wonderful days.
