Victorias Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Auch bei Regentagen lässt es sich gut aushalten. Bei Sonne noch besser, mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten. Auch am Strand, direkt unterhalb des Hauses, ist man über einen Wanderpfad in 30 Minuten, wenn man zügig unterwegs ist.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Zoran in Mošćenice - die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend, die Apartments sind sehr gemütlich und haben alles, was man für einen Urlaub so braucht. Zoran ist freundlich und liebenswürdig und auch seine Tochter offen und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Had a brilliant stay. Was there for 9 nights and would definitely come back. Our host was very good with responding to questions we had and had great local recommendations. We had a car and flew in from Rijeka so it was easy to locate. A few bits to do in Brsec as well including a really good restaurant that was quality and affordable. You can walk through the town and capture amazing views of the sea, wonder down to cliffside where a 15th century church sits or head down to the beach which was only a 20min walk from our accommodation. Nearest big supermarkets were 30 mins away so everything was easy to access from this location. Would definitely stay again!

Lage, Aussicht und Unterkunft sind so wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Robert und seine Frau sind absolut herzliche, offene und vor allem gastfreundliche Menschen. Vor allem als Familie ist man hier bestens aufgehoben.

alloggio fantastico in tutta la sua completezza, pulito e ordinato, completo di ogni cosa di cui si possa aver bisogno, host molto simpatici e cordiali non ché anche disponibili per ogni eventuale necessità, discreti nel fatto di non stare a monitorare i loro ospiti. Insomma consigliatissima come location per ferie, molto propensi per una eventuale esperienza estiva in futuro, grazie di tutto.

Es war wunderschön! Die Aussicht, das charmante Dorf, die Ruhe, die wunderschön hergerichtete Wohnung, alles ein Traum! In der Wohnung ist alles hochwertig ausgestattet, besonders schön sind die kleinen, wohlplatzierten Bilder. Die Treppen zum Strand sind super, man ist schnell unten. Der Weg hinauf ist die ersten Tage schon eine kleine Herausforderung, es lohnt sich aber sehr! Im Ort selber gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, zwei Restaurants und eine tolle Bar, einen Abend mit einer wunderbaren Sängerin. Ausserdem ein paar künstlerische Werkstätten und Ateliers. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Alida empfangen, sie hat uns alles gezeigt und sehr zuvorkommend wertvolle Tipps und Hinweise gegeben, sie ist superfreundlich und dadurch wird dieser schöne Aufenthalt noch besser.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Thank you Tanja and Oliver. We look forward to enjoying your hospitality again!

Das Apartment von Ingrid ist in einem kleinen Ort gelegen, es ist sehr ruhig, privat und wunderschön! Brsec Beach ist nicht weit entfernt und ein sehr schöner Strand. Man kann wunderbare Wanderungen unternehmen. Das Apartment war sauber und sah aus wie auf den Fotos, die Aussicht war toll. Ingrid war immer schnell zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top! Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

We had a great time at this house. Robert and his wife gave us a warm welcome and were incredibly thoughtful. The house was very clean and well equipped. Lots of kitchen equipment, towels, blankets and rain showers. There was selfmade olive oil in the kitchen. Robert even showed us around his olive farm. The beaches near by are amazing (10-15min drive) and there are good restaurants and things to do close by. Would recommend this house anytime!

Wir haben schöne Zeit in Martina gehabt, die Unterkunft hat gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, tollen Ausblick, gutes Schwimmbad und gute Einrichtung. Vorteil sind zwei Bäder. Nina war flexibel und hilfsbereit.

Wir waren drei Parteien mit je einem Kind. Mit Kinder war uns wichtig, dass Lärm nicht quer durchs Haus zu hören ist und Treppen und Böden nicht unnötig knarzen. Die Villa Chiara hat diesen Ansprüchen voll entsprochen. Die Vermieter waren sehr Freundlich und haben auf Anliegen zügig reagiert. Die Lage in dem kleinen Dorf hat uns sehr gefallen. Neben einem kleinen Einkaufsladen für den täglichen Bedarf, gab es für die Kids zwei Spielplätze. Einer davon direkt neben dem Haus. Rund um können wir den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen!

Cora und Thomas sind sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. An Standard Küchenutensilien ist alles da was man braucht. Das Airbnb ist genau wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern. Der Schlafbereich ist sogar größer als es aussieht. Die Terrasse ist unser absolutes Highlight gewesen mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus von Cora und Thomas ist auch auf dem Grundstück aber sie waren sehr ruhig und wir haben eigentlich nichts von ihnen mitgekriegt. Wichtig zu erwähnen für nicht Paare oder frisch Verliebte: es gibt zur Toilette (Bad) zwar eine Plexiglastür aber man hat keinerlei Schallschutz. Für uns war es überhaupt kein Problem aber wir können uns vorstellen dass es für nicht-paare schlecht funktioniert. Die Gegend ist auch toll, es gibt Restaurants und schöne kleine Buchten die man mit kurzer Autofahrt erreicht. Wir sind auch begeisterte Wanderer und haben die Landschaft sehr genossen.

Holiday House with pool Gioia, Sveta Jelena

We had a wonderful holiday at Gioia's house. Our flight was delayed and was already a late flight, but Gioia was flexible and arranged to come to see us the day after we arrived instead. She was so warm and welcoming and gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit. House is very comfortable and well equipped with a terrace with beautiful views. A short drive to local beaches and groceries. Gioia and Martin provided us with some food for us when we arrived which was wonderful because we'd been traveling all day and too late to shop for supplies. Martin shared some of his delicious fish cookery with us too. There are a few cute cats that hang around the property, which was great because we love cats. We were on holiday with our 3 young adult children and it was the perfect size for us with the addition of the studio apartment. We took a couple of day trips including a trip to Rovijn and a boat trip from Opatija. Just wish we could have stayed longer.
