Just a perfect cottage if you want to have your peace and quiet. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. Also an absolute highlight for dogs.

We had a wonderful stay in Pićan in a very pleasant, atypical accommodation. The small, bright and clean house has been tastefully renovated. The village of Pićan is peaceful and very pretty, perfect for those looking for a serene and charming stay. We particularly appreciated the warm welcome and flexibility of our host, Igor. We were touched by his kindness. As our flight was cancelled, we arrived very late in Pićan, but Igor kindly welcomed us despite the late hour. When we arrived, a welcome gift was waiting for us. Everything was done to ensure that our stay went perfectly and it did. We highly recommend this accommodation! Thank you again, Igor. We wish you all the best.

The place is perfectly matching the description, spacious, functional and complete with everything. The pool is really beautiful and the host is always available and very very friendly.

The house is called “Olimfos”, which can be no coincidence. The view from the house is simply a sight for gods. The mountain vista is magnificent and dreamlike - especially in the early morning. You are in a serene setting where the only distractions are the wine yards and olive groves inviting you for a stroll on the nearby paths. A beautiful garden and an very charming swimming pool to cool you down on those warm summer days. Alas! One week was not enough.

It was the most beautiful, special, sophisticated, and most relaxing magàllàs we've been to so far. This place has everything you need for a family of 8. Wonderful and cozy common areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a place, and a private space, tranquility, a free space, a huge garden and a pool for the children, a jàtszós corner and jàtèks. The kèpek and the description don't give back how cool this place is! If there's a rà pènzed, I can only say that you won't be disappointed!

The most important question first: Would we come back and/or would I recommend this stay to my best friend? Both yes! Villa d‘Arsa was among my favorite AirBnB stays ever! Barbara and her father were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the calm and scenic surroundings as much as exploring beautiful Istria. Inside was spacious and clean and one or another table tennis match was played. As someone else put this: The pictures acurrately portray the experience, although I‘d argue that reality is even better! 5/5 stay for sure!

The contact before check-in was always friendly and helpful. The reception on site and the tour of the house was very warm. All rooms were clean and corresponded to the pictures in the description. The garden was huge and just right equipped for children. The pool and terrace were clean and very welcoming. For the children there were also toys in the house. Wood and lighters were available for the indoor and outdoor fireplace. The surroundings were quiet and located in the middle of nature. The grounds were completely fenced and the garden was nicely laid out. The kitchen was great, everything was available. All rooms were modernly decorated and cozy. In the evening, the pool and garden were chicly lit. For questions or the like, the landlady was always available and could help and give tips for things like activities. We would book the house again and again and enjoyed the stay.
