The villa is only 700m from the closest beach. It is walking distance from restaurants, supermarkets, parks and sport activities. With a heated private pool, outdoor lounge, dinning and BBQ facilities. Plenty of free private parking. Spacious indoor living and dinning area, with a fully equipped kitchen. The entire property is gated and enclosed, so is also ideal for your pets. For the children you have plenty of activities including one of Croatia’s largest water parks just around the corner.

Our apartment is located a few kilometers south of Poreč, but it's still close to restaurants, beaches, and loads of sights and activities. You’ll love our place because it's cozy, well-equipped, quiet, and comfy, plus high ceilings make our apartment feel airy. Our apartment is good for couples, families with one child, and all who wish peace and quiet while still being close to the hustle & bustle of Poreč. Car is recommended, although you can easily reach the beach and the center on a bike.
