Arsen’s place is beautiful and we had a great time, not much to do near by but it’s not too far of a taxi ride to Split

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in dem Ferienhaus von Doris verbracht. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend und die Kinder waren fast nicht aus dem Pool zu bekommen. Die Außenanlage (vor allem die Terrasse) war unser Highlight, da wir dort die meiste Zeit verbracht haben. Die Umgebung bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten (wir können vor allem eine Bootstour von Zadar aus empfehlen). Vielen Dank nochmal an Doris für einen tollen Urlaub in ihrem wunderschönen Haus.

Very good and richly equipped holiday villa with a salty big pool and summer kitchen. Host was more than welcoming and hospitable. There were welcome drinks and as a surprise we received gifts from the host! Very pleasant! One of the most equipped houses we have been to - you feel like at home (salt, sugar, oil, paper towels - whatever you will need, you don't need to buy anything). There were also bikes we used. Villa is located relatively near highways, about 20 km from Split. The surroundings are very quiet and calm. Nature around you - there lives a local squirrel in nearby oak :). We have had a great, relaxing vacation - there were zero problems all 6 days we stayed, only a pleasant full-fledged rest. More than recommended.

The house was amazing with great views and also very peaceful. We especially loved the outdoor space, eating outside the whole time. Also, Gorjana was extremely helpful and kind, even giving us some free food which was beyond what we were expecting. All in all, a great place to stay.

This was one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at! There was 8 of us (all couples) and there was plenty or space for everyone. The property is located in a peaceful and secluded area so it is perfect for relaxing, although It’s about 25 minutes drive from the main town of Split so having a car is recommended. There’s plenty of activities and features within the property and you would never run out of things to do! This is perfect for families or active set of friends! We had fun trying out all the games and of course lounging by the pool. We met the owners when we arrived and they explained everything to us, they even prepared meats and cheeses for us and left us some homemade wine! They were helpful and accomodating to every request we had. Overall, this was definitely a property we recommend if you’re looking for accomodation in Split!

Great place to stay. The house was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The host was also super friendly and very responsive. Highly recommended!

The price-quality ratio is absolutely excellent. Matea is a great host and is very accommodating. Peace and quiet like on the top of the mountain with the rich content that the house offers, and the proximity to the center of Split is less than 20 minutes away, as well as attractive beaches. Hygiene at the highest level. All recommendations and praise!

We loved our stay here. The family who own the property were nice and helpful and left us homemade cake on arrival which was lovely. The house was spotless and the pool is great. Some of the beds are a lot comfier than others but overall we had a great stay and i would recommend the place. Nearest supermarket is a 5min drive and the location is good for visitng Split.

Fantastic accommodation, would highly recommend to stay here! Iris was flexible with check-in, there were some suggestions with local restaurants which were quite helpful. We loved our stay here.

Hemos estado 5 días muy cómodos, muy bien ubicados, a 5 min del Centro, súper tranquilo. Dean nos recibió en la casa y nos aconsejó de todo, Restaurantes, Excursiones,... un súper Guia. Quedamos encantados. Muy recomendable, como en casa.

This is just what we needed amidst our 2 week vacay. The laundry machine came in so handy midway our trip. This place is about a 10 min walk to the Riva, so very convenient and about 15-18 minute walk to the ferry port where we took a ferry to Hvar. We rented a car, parking can be a bit tough but we’re fortunate to find spaces in front of the building. It was easy to get in and honestly, was so cozy it felt like we were coming “home” every night. We walked home mostly at night coming back from the Riva and felt relatively safe. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. She was very communicative with us whenever we had questions which I appreciated. Definitely a great stay and worth it! Would come back!

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb properties and I would have to say this has been one of my favourites. there’s no question that are welcome by Baldo was amazing. He was helpful friendly fun and full of helpful tips. He remained in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and having fun in Split. The apartment itself was right in the middle of the action so we felt close to everything. It was beautifully presented, well equipped, and comfortable with everything imaginable available to us I would love to return one day and would have no hesitation in recommending this property as one of the best in Split.

Highly recommend!!! The host has been amazing, great communication before we arrived and helped us decorate the house before we arrived to surprise our friend, as we were there for a hen do. Great space inside the house and outside. Pool area is very private despite the property being next to a shopping centre and main road. You would not think they were next to you. Very clean and tidy and loads of amenities. We’ve had a brilliant stay.

We had amazing time at Ivan's villa and would highly recommend. The house had absolutely everything we needed during our stay, and the views were simply stunning. The outdoor space was huge and we loved using all the amenities especially the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The location was really peaceful, and Ubers into Split were cheap and easy to use. Ivan was a fantastic host, very friendly with great communication. We will miss this place very much and would love to return again in the future!

Both Stipe and the villa were amazing! Great views and close to Split.

Katarinas house is a fantastic spot in Klis. The rooms, gym, swimmingpool and everything is just fantastic and beautiful. Katarina had made everything ready for us and had even bought a wine, local bread and pastry, a tapas plate and some homemade pastry! There is a small store just besides the house, a 15 minute walk to the Klis Fortress and a 20-minute drive to Split. The road is just beside the house, but you get used to it fast. All in all we will recommend everyone visiting Klis to stay here!

Anita and Domagoj are great hosts. We are a family of five adults. We arrived quite hungry and were served delicious sandwiches by the hosts. The place is clean and well equipped. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

There is nothing more the host could possibly of done for us we turned up as clients and left as friends. Mario has this place exceptional and it is a credit to him. The actual villa is better in reality than any photo could show. Antonio across the road was also a very nice person to talk to. Nothing was any trouble for Mario and he helped us many times during our stay helping with boat trip, river adventure as well as restaurants . He even offered up his personal car when our party was splitting for the day. Honestly you will never find a better villa with a mountain side position and views and when you add a Mario(host) to that i believe you will never find a better villa. We did benefit from a hire car and for us this was a must to visit the local areas. There is nothing you will need that this place doesnt have and Mario has thought of everything. Table tennis, Pool table, Video games, board games, and in my oppinion the best heated pool and patio area of all nearby villias.

The house was beautiful and spacious with a nice pool in the garden.The host explained us everything and even brought us an homemade tiramisu on our second to final day! Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend everyone who's looking to visit Split or the region to keep this Villa in mind! Couldn’t ask for better hosts, the most hospitable and lovely people.

In connection with a public holiday, we spent five days in Split. We were two parents together with our adult children and their partners. The accommodation was perfect for us, with pleasant spaces for cooking and socializing, and a cozy outdoor area. It was close to the harbor and the old town, as well as within easy reach of beaches and the nature reserve on nearby Mount Marjan. An ideal place to stay for a long weekend or a week with a mix of activities. Igna provided us with clear instructions well in advance, shared useful information, and assisted with airport transfers. We are very satisfied.

Mit Helena hatten wir von Anfang an eine freundliche Kommunikation. Wir wurden persönlich und freundlich und sehr gastfreundlich empfangen. Das Haus war so fantastisch wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus mit Grundstück lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wenn man die Gegend erkundet möchte, was unbedingt zu empfehlen ist, erreicht man innerhalb einer Stunde viele tolle Ziele. Helena hat auch immer Tipps parat und antwortet sehr schnell auf individuelle Anfragen. Ein traumhafter Ort für einen Urlaub. Danke, dass wir dort sein durften.
