Vacation rentals in Bibinje

The villa was modern, super clean and comfortable. We were a family of 6 with small baby so it was great to have washing machine and dryer. Kitchen was well equipped with large fridge. Outside area around pool had lots of seating. ( pool well maintained, pool towels and inflatables provided). There were other properties overlooking the outside area but this was not a problem. There is room to park several cars at the front of the private driveway. We could not fault the villa it was great and Mary the host was always helpful and quick to respond to any messages. More information about the local area and restaurants would have been helpful. Nearby was large Spar supermarket (5 mins walk) Beach areas and marina 15/20 mins walk. A few bars and restaurants 20/25 minutes walk but they did not seem to be always open. We were a bit disappointed with Bibinje as expected a bit more from descriptions we had read. Needed hire car to visit other places as very few buses at this time of year.

We booked this house for one night before our departure because it is close to Zadar Airport. The house is spacious, clean and located close to a port and beach. It has only one air conditioning, not enough for the whole house, it is cool in the kitchen living room, warm in the bedrooms. The house is also close to a soccer stadium and a carnival (mid-July anyway) and our night was extremely noisy, difficult to sleep.

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Our time in Croatia can only be described as a wonderful experience. This was our first time trying out Airbnb as a group and Martin & Ines went out of their way to make us feel at home like giving us a tour of the area, helping us in their private time and providing us with the information we needed. The house is located in a quiet village just outside the centre of Zadar, we definitely advise renting a car, there are supermarkets, restaurants and plenty of beaches nearby. The house itself was very clean, had everything we needed and provided more than enough space for a group of four students. Not only do I recommend this place for families, but also for students who like to relax and enjoy the beach.

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful place! The host was amazing, making us feel incredibly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The space was not only stunning but also filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay truly special. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return!

We felt very comfortable. Pool would be cleaned every 2 days. And the pool was 27°. And Sandra is very nice and helpful. I'd love to come back

Villa JoMaNi is a very beautiful, comfortable and exclusive place. The house was recently built because everything inside is new and in an excellent standard. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. Each room has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Everything is tastefully decorated. This is probably one of the cleanest places I have ever rented. Behind the house there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sun loungers for all household members. There is also a dining area with a barbecue. In front of the house there is a parking space for 3 cars. The entire part is fenced so you can feel safe. The owner Marijana is a wonderful, smiling and cheerful person. She is very helpful if you need something but at the same time gives you privacy. Villa JoMaNi is a wonderful place where you can relax carefree and at the same time feel at home. My guests and I were delighted with this place and we would definitely like to come back here someday.
